1/2 c Cilantro leaves,finely chopp 1 Garlic clove,lg,fine chopped 2 tb Lime juice 1 tb Olive oil 1/2 ts Salt 4 Salmon steaks,3/4" thick 1. Combine cilantro, garlic, lime juice, oil and salt in bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons. Pour remainder over fish on plate. Let stand, covered, 10 minutes. 2. Spray broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray. Place salmon on rack. Brush with 1 tablespoons marinade. 3. Broil 6" from heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn steaks over. Brush with remaining tablespoon marinade. Broil 3 more minutes or until cooked through.

This garlic cilantro salmon is a healthy quick option for busy weekdays with the best flavor!
???? INGREDIENTS * 4 salmon fillets * ½ teaspoon salt * ¼ teaspoon black pepper * ¼ cup fresh finely chopped cilantro plus more for serving * 3 garlic cloves pressed * 2 tablespoons olive oil * 1 tablespoon soy sauce or liquid aminos.
???????? Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 425°F and spray a baking dish large enough to fit the salmon fillets with cooking spray.
2. Pat the salmon fillets with a paper towel to dry them, then season with salt and pepper, and place skin side down in the baking dish. 3. Add the cilantro, garlic, olive oil and soy sauce on top of the seasoned salmon, making sure to disperse evenly among the fillets. You can use your hands to rub the mixture evenly into the salmon. 4. Bake uncovered for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon becomes opaque and flaky. 5. Plate the salmon over rice, with lime wedges and some of the pan sauce drippings, if desired. . . . . . . .

Creamy Coconut Lime Salmon
Ingredients: - 1 cup coconut milk - ¼ cup fresh lime juice - 1 tbsp cornstarch - 1 tbsp lime zest - 1 tsp dried oregano - Salt & pepper - 3 bluehouse salmon filets - 1 medium shallot - 3-4 garlic cloves - Rice, cilantro & lime (optional)
Steps: 1. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, fresh lime juice, cornstarch, lime zest, and dried oregano. Set aside. 2. On a pan, add 3 bluehouse salmon filets with salt and pepper. Cook until done and flip halfway. 3. On a new pan, add the shallot and garlic cloves. Mix. 4. Combine with the original coconut milk mixture. 5. Add salmon to the pan and cover it in the sauce. 6. Serve over rice and garnish with lime & cilantro. Enjoy!
