How To make Oniony Tempeh
1 pk Tempeh
1/2 Onions; thinly sliced
1 ts Butter
1 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 Chili peppers
1/2 ts Sauce, soy
1 ts Sugar, brown
Dice tempeh and deep fry until crunchy. Fry onion in butter until limp; add garlic and chili pepper and saute briefly. Add fried tempeh and stir around. Add sweet soy sauce and brown sugar. Keep stirring the mixture. Tempeh is fermented soy beans and paste sold in "bricks." The idea is to coat the tempeh with the sugary, spicy, oniony, flavor...so you won't taste the tempeh. (G)

[Ingredients]
Tempeh 1 package, 250g(8oz.)
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- For caramelizing
Sugar ½ tsp
Vegetable oil ½ tsp
- For sauce
Gochujang (Korean chili paste) 1 tbsp
Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) ½ tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Rice syrup 2 tbsp
Minced garlic 2 tsp
Minced ginger ½ tsp
- For garnish
Toasted sesame seeds 1 tsp
Green onion 1 stalk (or 2 tbsp of sliced green onion)

INGREDIENTS:
For the marination
Hello Tempayy cubes - 200 gms
Salt - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
For the vindaloo masala
Dry red chilli - 4
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - ¼ tsp
Seeds of 1 black cardamom
Cloves - 2
Peppercorns - 4
Cinnamon - ¼ inch piece
Green Chilli - 1, chopped fine
Ginger Garlic paste - ½ tbsp
Sugar - ¼ ½ tbsp (adjust as per taste)
Vinegar - 1.5 - 2 tbsp (adjust as per taste)
Salt - as per taste
For the gravy
Ghee or oil – 1-2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 5-6
Garlic - 5-6 cloves, sliced
Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
Bay leaf - 1
Salt - as per taste
Tomato - 1, finely chopped
Chilli powder - ½ tsp (adjust as per taste)
Vinegar or lemon juice - if needed, as per taste
Hot water - to adjust for gravy

TEMPEH TERIYAKI ????
[????????/????????] Tempeh Teriyaki ????????

We always get asked to do recipes with tempeh and this “Teriyaki” sauce makes it soooo tasty!????

Ingredients:
- 250gr Tempeh cut in triangles
- oil for frying
Sauce:
- 3 tbsp Tamari Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Sweetener
- 1 tsp Sriracha or Chili
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp starch
Topping:
- spring onion
- sesame seeds
1. Fry the tempeh in a pan with some oil until brown and crispy
2. Prepare the sauce in a big bowl
3. Add the fried tempe to the bowl and cover well with the sauce
4. Take out the pieces and fry again on low heat very shortly
5. Pour over the rest of the sauce and remove from the heat
6. Serve with some rice

Tempeh teriyaki ????

Muchas veces nos pedís recetas con tempeh y esta no puede fallar! Tempeh, tofu, heura, lo que queráis! Queda BRU TAL????

Ingredientes:
- 250-300gr tempeh
- aceite para saltear
Salsa:
- 3 cda salsa soja o tamari
- 1/2 cda aceite de sesamo
- 1 cda endulzante
- 1 cdta sriracha o chilli
- 1 cdta vinagre de arros
- 1/4 cdta ajo en polvo
- 1 cdta maicena
Toppings:
- cebolleta
- semillas de sésamo

1. Saltear el tempeh hasta que esté doradito
2. Mezclar los ingredientes de la salsa en un bol grande
3. Añadir el tempeh a la salsa y cubrir bien
4. Volver a freir a fuego bajo el tempeh (sin la salsa) hasta que esté bien glaseado
5. Añadir el resto de la salsa y reducir hasta la textura deseada
6. Servir sobre arroz blanco????????
