How To make Nutty Chocolate Mint Fudge
7 oz Marshmallow Cream; (1 jar)
1 1/2 c Sugar
2/3 c Evaporated Milk
1/4 c Butter
1/4 t Salt
1 1/2 c Mint-Chocolate Chips;Nestles
1/2 c Chopped Nuts
1 t Vanilla Extract
In heavy gauge saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring to a FULL ROLLING BOIL over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add Mint-Chocolate chips; stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Add nuts and vanilla extract. Pour into foil-lined 8-inch square pan. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into 1-inch squares.

Cooking With Aron: Mint Fudge From Scratch
Want to make some delicious mint fudge? Only raw ingredients and no cheating!
You'll need:
3.25 Cups of sugar
1.5 Cups of Milk (Whole is best. Any milk will be acceptable, though).
1/2 stick of butter (salted).
1 Tsp Peppermint extract
Dash (or more) of vanilla extract (optional, recommended).
Basics:
Combine milk, sugar, and butter in a large pot. Set on medium to high heat. Stir mixture making sure to get all sugar off the sides and to make the mixture uniform.
Continue stirring until mixture reaches soft ball stage (235F is good).
Remove from heat. Leave sit until temperature is 115F.
Stir vigorously until the texture is consistent and the mixture becomes dull.
Quickly spread into a container to cool for a few hours.
Cut into pieces. Serve or store in an airtight container. Keep in the fridge for longer periods of time.
