Cooking with Chef Lalanne Fettuccine Romanoff
Noodles Romanoff
NOODLES ROMANOFF
Noodles Romanoff is a boxed noodle dish Betty Crocker made years ago. I made my homemade version here and they are sooo good. You've got to see this ad for Betty Crocker's Noodles Romanoff, it's great!
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. fettucine noodles (half of a 1 lb. box)
4 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. salted butter
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 tsp. paprika
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the noodles according to the box directions or until al dente. I used Barilla brand and cooked for 14 minutes. Drain and add noodles back to the hot pot. Put the pan on the stove where it's still warm. Add the butter and cream cheese, stir until they are melted. Add the sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder and half of the parmesan cheese.
Spray a small baking dish (about a 8x8 will work well) with non-stick spray. Add the noodles and sauce to the baking dish. Add the rest of the parmesan cheese over the noodles and sprinkle with the paprika.
Place uncovered into the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Tuna Noodle Casserole - Food Wishes
I realize these things are quite subjective, but I’ve always considered this baked tuna and noodle dish to be the king of the comfort food casseroles. Except for maybe mac and cheese, which is sort of in a category by itself. This is the simplest version I know, and probably my favorite.
