How To make Noodles Czarina Casserole
1/2 c Chopped onion
1 t Olive oil
1 T Corn starch
1 t Salt (optional)
ds White pepper 2/3 c Nonfat dry milk powder
1 c Water
1 t Dijon mustard or any other
Prepared mustard to suit Your taste 1 c Non-fat cottage cheese
2 oz Reduced fat Cheddar cheese,
Shredded (1/2 cup) 2 T Lemon juice
8 oz Noodles, cooked
Dissolve milk powder, salt, mustard, pepper and corn starch in water, set aside. Saute onion in olive oil until tender. Stir in milk mixture, and bring slowly to a boil stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses and lemon juice, mix in cooked noodles. Put mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 40-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly. -----

How to Cook Seaweed Soup
Dried seaweed is highly nutritious and versatile, you can use it in many dishes like sushi rolls, stew, salad, and seaweed soup. Seaweed Soup is one of our favorite dishes at home. It is very easy to cook and requires minimal ingredients. Perfect everytime we crave for Chinese food.
Ingredients:
Minced garlic
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Onion (optional)
3 cups chicken broth
50 grams dried seaweeds
1 fresh egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients:
125 g spaghetti pasta
Green Peas
3 cloves garlic
1/2 red onion chopped
1/4 cup dried shiitake mushroom
2 1/2 tbsp TVP
420 g bottle Spaghetti Sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup soy milk
1/4 tsp oregano powder
1/4 tsp thyme
1 tbsp sugar
Salt and Pepper
Cook you pasta according to package instructions. Add green peas once the pasta is cooked.
Saute using water in a pan your onion, garlic, dried shiitake mushroom and tvp.
Add water if needed.
Add your pasta sauce.
Add 1/4 cup water and your soy milk.
Add your spices. Adjust according to your taste.
Cook for 5-10 minutes in low heat.
Store half of the sauce and Add the other half of the sauce to your cooked pasta.
Add nutritional yeast or vegan cheese! ????

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 medium sized ripe banana
1/2 cup soy milk
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
1 tbsp (or 2) sugar or sweetener
1 cup quick cook oats
1/2 tsp vanilla or cinnamon (optional)
2 tbsp cacao nibs or choc chips (optional)
Combine everything in a blender or food processor. Blend or pulse until just to incorporate the ingredients. Do not overmix. Recipe by Czarina Anonuevo. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken. Medium heat nonstick pan, pour a heaping tablespoon of the batter. You can adjust the heat of the pan to low. Wait til edges are almost done about 5 min.
1. I make the batter in a blender. It's easier and takes less utensils to wash after.
2. Put the wet ingredients first! Follow this order banana, plant milk, apple cider vinegar/lemon juice, sugar, vanilla (optional), baking powder, salt, quick oats. Fold in the chocolate chips.
3. Pulse just to incorporate. Recipe by Czarina Anonuevo. Let it sit for few minutes to thicken. I notice when I'm almost done using the batter, the last pieces of pancakes turn out to be more fluffy.
4. Invest in a good non stick pan!
5. Start with medium high heat then once the pan is hot turn it to low.
6. Flip the pancakes once the edges are dry and almost done cooking.
Tofu Satay in Coconut Milk
1 block of firm tofu
Tofu Marinade:
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
plus water to dilute
To assemble:
3 cloves garlic
1/2 red onion
1 small green bell pepper
2 medium sized tomatoes
1 veggie broth cube
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup cilantro/kinchay
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Cut the tofu into cubes and soak in the peanut butter and soy sauce mixture. (15 minutes)
Using a nonstick pan, cook the tofu. 2-3 minutes each side.
Mince the garlic, chop the onion, tomatoes, and bell pepper. Using the same pan to cook the tofu, add your garlic, onion, tomatoes, and bell pepper. Sauté it with a little bit of water. Add your coconut milk. Set the heat in high. Recipe by Czarina Anonuevo. Add your veggie broth and sugar. Once the mixture is boiling, add the tofu. Lower the heat and cook for 15-20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to adjust taste. Turn off the heat and add your chopped cilantro.
Vegan Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup muscovado sugar
1/2 cup soy milk
1 tbsp flax meal
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup all purpose flour (1/2 cup apf + 1/2 cup oat flour)
1/4 cup Vegan Dark choc chips
Preheat oven or turbo broiler for 10 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
Add your flax meal to your soy milk and let it rest for 5 minutes to thicken. Mix your peanut butter and muscovado sugar. Add your soy milk and flax meal mixture. Recipe by Czarina Anonuevo. Add the vanilla extract, baking soda and salt. Then add the cocoa powder and flour. Once incorporated, fold in the choc chips.
Scoop a tablespoon or two of the cookie dough. Bake for 8 minutes.
