1/2 c Milk 2 tb Cocoa powder 1 ts Vanilla extract 2 c Sugar 4 tb Peanut butter/heaping Oats 1 Butter Pour milk, cocoa, vanilla and sugar in pan. Cook on medium high until it comes to a steady boil. Reduce heat and turn to low. Add butter and peanut butter, (Allowing the butter to melt before adding the peanut butter.) Turn off heat and stir in enough oats until firm. Drop on wax paper. Let sit for an hour before removing. -----
- Dehydrate buffalo sauce on a lined tray, 170 in the oven overnight (8-12 hours). - Only thin a fairly thin layer, not too much - Mix with the other spices and grind up fine
POTATO CHIPS - cut russet potatoes fairly thin, but not paper thin - Rinse off the starch in cold water - Cover with water in a pot, a big splash of vinegar and bring to a boil - Drain, allow to dry then fry at 325! - drain and hit with the spices immediately and liberally!
