How To make Mushroom Cheeseburger Pizza
1/2 lb Ground beef or turkey
1 c Prepared pizza sauce
1 cn Green Giant Sliced
-Mushrooms, drained (4.5 oz) 1 cn Pillsbury Refrigerated All
-Ready Pizza Crust (10 oz) 8 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 425'F. Grease 12" pizza pan or 13x9" pan. Unroll dough and place in greased pan; starting at center press out with hands. Bake at 425'F. for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown. Brown ground beef in medium skillet; drain. Stir in pizza sauce and mushrooms. Spoon hamburger mixture over partially baked crust; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425'F. for 10-15 minutes or until deep golden brown.

Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza Recipe - Dough and Sauce from Scratch
MAKES 2 PIZZAS
Ingredients:
Dough:
3 cups flour
1 cup 110 degree water
1 package (1/4 oz.) yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Sauce:
14 oz. tomato sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 chopped garlic cloves
Add fresh herbs at the end (thyme basil and parsley)
Toppings:
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
5 - 6 cooked slices of bacon, chopped
1/2 cup hamburger
Procedure:
1. Combine water yeast and sugar for dough. Wait 10 minutes until foamy.
2. In mixer combine ingredients for dough with hook attachment for 4 minutes
3. Set dough aside in coated covered bowl for 45 minutes
4. Cook bacon and hamburger, separate into pieces to be used on the pizza
5. Combine ingredients for sauce at a simmer adding fresh herbs at the end. Cool.
6. Remove dough after rising, knead and cut into halves (makes 2 pizzas)
7. Roll out dough onto a pizza pan and add sauce and toppings
8. Bake for 9 minutes at 550 degrees (or longer at reduced temperature)

Mushroom Swiss Burger Pizza Recipe:
Dough
Molinaro's Hand Stretched Pizza Kit (Found at Costco)
Base
Stone ground mustard & Mayo
(8 TBSP Stone ground mustard + 1/2 to 3/4 cup of Mayo)
Toppings
Ground Beef (Browned and seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic)
Caramelized Onions
Swiss Cheese
Sautéed Baby Portabellas (use your favorite shrooms!)
Gruyere Cheese
Bake at 450 degrees (middle rack in over) for 8-10 minutes. Watch for the cheese to be melted nicely and the crust a golden brown.

MUSHROOM BURGER
Yield: 4 burgers
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
3 butter pats
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 pounds baby bella mushrooms, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups cooked and cooled rice
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 slices Swiss cheese
Salt and pepper
4 brioche buns, toasted
1 large tomato, sliced
4 lettuce leaves
Mustard
Steps:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter pats and oil. When the butter has melted, stir in the mushrooms and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, until all of the liquid evaporates. Set aside to cool.
2. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, rice and cheese. Stir in mushrooms and mix until well combined. Form into 4 patties and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Cook in a skillet for 8 minutes per side, or until golden and crisp, pressing down gently with a spatula as they cook.
4. To assemble: Place a burger on each toasted bun with a slice of tomato, lettuce and mustard.

How to Make a Cheeseburger Pizza Swirl!
These vegan cheeseburger swirls are super delicious. The filling replicates a classic cheeseburger and we make them into bite sized pizza swirls.
What are Cheeseburger Swirls? We hear you ask. Well, they’re quite simple really. They’re basically a delicious fusion of American cheeseburgers and Danish pastries.
We used plant based sausages, dairy free cheese and egg free puff pastry to make ‘em and the had a lot of fun in the process. We’ve no doubt that if you make ‘em, you’ll love ‘em.
They're super easy to make as well! Simply make your burger mince filling out of veggie sausages, and then layer it on your pastry sheet with vegan cheese, gherkins and red onion.
Make sure to roll these bad boys tight so that the filling doesn't fall out when you cook them in the oven. We whipped up a homemade burger sauce for the side and there you have! Super easy, super tasty. Enjoy!
