Delicious Homemade Herb Stuffing / Dressing | Made From Scratch | The Southern Mountain Kitchen
In today’s video, I am making Herb Stuffing / Dressing from scratch. So, I call this stuffing, just because I wish to. To clarify, as I was told, it is stuffing in you put it inside the bird, and dressing if it is baked in a pan by itself. In either case, this is a delicious recipe and can be called whatever you wish. I hope you love these as much as I do.

Wild Edible Herbs & Plants - Walt Cross
Knowing how to identify edible plants in the wild opens a bountiful source of nutritious food and medicine for when times are hard. Did you know that chickweed benefits the immune system? Or that kudzu is a wholesome spinach substitute? This presentation looks at more than 20 of the top wild plants in North America to forage. Walt Cross tells stories about using these plants medicinally and for food and shares information about how to prepare them.
