Spaghetti and Moose Meatballs
How To Make Moose Meatballs
Ingredients:
500g. Moose Meat
1 Whole Minced Onion
2 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp.Chives
1 Tsp. Black Pepper Powder
1 Tsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Dried Parsley
Mixed all the ingredients
Elk Meatballs - Rihana Cary
1lb Ground Elk
2 TBS garlic
2 TBS parsley
2 TBS basil
2 TBS BBQ sauce
2 TBS Worcestershire
Siracha
Onion powder
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Mix ingredients together, form into balls, cook on medium heat in an oiled pan, 4-5 mins on each side. Serve and enjoy!
