How to Make Martha Stewart's Molasses Oat Bread | Martha Bakes Recipes | Martha Stewart
In this video, watch Martha bake a hearty round loaf using rolled oat porridge and healthful whole-wheat flour. Rich molasses gives it a hint of sweetness that contrasts beautifully with the rustic oaten flavor. Serve this bread for breakfast, toasted and spread with jam, and the slices work wonderfully at lunch, in a sandwich with turkey and cheddar or served open-faced topped with fresh veggies and egg salad.

DIY Outback Steakhouse Honey Wheat Bread!
This bread is extremely addictive! I first discovered it working in Massachusetts in a restaurant called the Outback Steakhouse, they kept bringing it out! When I was sent the recipe I had to give it a go! More clone recipes
I think the other main reason I like this recipe is that it has cocoa powder in it! Warning though, if you do decide to give this a go, it is extremely moreish indeedy!

Molasses Whole Wheat Bread (Hand Kneaded)
Molasses gives this loaf a magnificent taste and aroma. If you are going to mix/knead the dough in a stand mixer, just fast forward through my hand-kneading segment! The ingredients, which I adapted from a King Arthur Flour recipe, are listed below:
Ingredients for one 8- by 4-inch loaf: 1 cup warm (about 105°F) water 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast (active dry or instant) 1/4 cup vegetable oil or shortening 1/4 cup molasses 3 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour, spooned and leveled 1/4 cup non-fat dry milk 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
Oven temperature: 350°F Baking time: 35-40 minutes (or until a digital thermometer inserted into the center of the loaf registers at least 190°F)
