For cheese sauce:
Ingredients:
Processed cheese 200 gm (grated)
Butter 2 tbsp
Milk 75 ml
Methods:
Add some grated processed cheese, milk and butter in a microwave safe bowl, mix well and microwave at high power for 30 seconds, take out and whisk well for 30 seconds, put it back in microwave for another 30 seconds, whisk well until the cheese sauce is smooth and silky in texture.
Cheese sauce is ready, transfer the sauce in a squeezy bottle for ease of work, keep aside to be used later.
For pizza
Ingredients:
Sandwich Bread slices as required
Cheese sauce
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese (grated)
Toppings:
Bell peppers
Onions
Sweet corn
Paneer cubes (dry tossed with red chilli powder & chaat masala)
Methods:
Take two sandwich bread slices and cut them in equal size circle with a cookie cutter or a lid, flatten one disc with a rolling pin.
Add a dollop of cheese sauce over the unflattened disc and spread evenly, top with a flattened bread disc and seal the edges using your thumb and index finger, to make diy cheese burst pizza base. Apply water on the edges of the bread to seal properly.
Now, as the cheese burst pizza base is ready, spread a dollop of pizza sauce, add some grated mozzarella cheese along with some toppings, toppings can be of your own choice.
Now, put the mini cheese burst pizzas in a microwave safe non-stick pan, that comes with the microwave and grill on GRILL + CONVECTION mode for 6-7 minutes at 180℃..
Mini cheese burst pizzas are ready to be served, serve them quickly to enjoy the oozing out of the liquid cheese, serve along with some mixed herbs.
For snowman cheese burst pizza
Ingredients
Diy cheese burst pizza base
Cheese sauce
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese (grated)
Black olives
Red bell peppers
Methods:
To make snowman pizza base, take the diy cheese burst pizza base which will be the body, and cut a coin size bread with a cookie cutter or a bottle lid, to make head, apply water on the edges and press to seal them to make a snow man.
Now, spread a dollop of pizza sauce over the snowman pizza base, add some grated mozzarella cheese, to give characteristics of snow man, use black olives pieces to make eyes, smile and coat buttons, use red bell pepper to make muffler and nose.
Now, put the snowman cheese burst pizzas in a microwave safe non-stick pan, that comes with the microwave and grill on GRILL + CONVECTION mode for 6-7 minutes at 180℃.
Snowman cheese burst pizzas are ready to be served, serve them quickly to your children and family, enjoy the oozing out of the liquid cheese, serve along with some mixed herbs.

I have tried this Pizza with onion, tomato, capsicum, beetroot, cheese and spices. You can try with your choice of vegetables or chicken/paneer/mushroom.
pizza sauce is tomato based sauce prepared by tomatoes and spiced with herbs and garlic. essentially it is used as a spread for the pizza base before topping and baking pizza.
it is typically prepared with red ripe tomatoes and spiced with basil leaves and italian herbs. depending upon the spice level, it is even mixed with chili flakes.
while you can easily get hundreds of option in a store, but it cannot match the content of preparing a homemade pizza sauce.
Use always red ripe tomatoes for sauce. it would give a good color and sweet taste to the sauce.

مقادير صلصة البيتزا:
2 ملعقة طعام زيت زيتون
4 فصوص ثوم مهروسين مع نصف ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1 كيلو ونصف بندورة مقشرة ومنزوعة البذور ومطحونة
ملعقتان طعام (34 غرام) رب البندورة (معجون الطماطم)
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1 ملعقة طعام زعتر يابس
6 اوراق كبيرة حبق (ريحان ) اخضر مفروم
مقادير عجينة البيتزا:
4 اكواب (520 غرام) طحين عادي لجميع الاستعمالات
1 ملعقة صغيرة ونصف ملح
1 ملعقة طعام سكر
2 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة فورية
1/2 كوب (120 مل) زيت نباتي
1 كوب و 2 ملعقة طعام (270 مل) ماء دافئ او حليب
كمية جبنة الموزاريلا المبروشة: 450 غرام (1 باوند)
3 صواني مستطيلة قياس 46 × 33 سم او 18 × 13 انش. حرارة الفرن 450 درجة F او 230 درجة C على الرف الاسفل لمدة 10 دقائق.
Half sheet pan:
18 by 13 in _ 46 by 33 cm
Pizza sauce ingredients:
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves minced garlic + 1/2 tsp salt
1.5 kilo (3 pounds) fresh tomatoes, peeled and crushed (I used roma tomatoes)
2 tbsp (34 g) tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp dried za'atar (oregano)
6 large fresh basil leaves, chopped
Pizza dough ingredients:
4 cups (520 g) all_purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp white sugar
2 tsp instant yeast
1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable or canola oil
1 cup + 2 tbsp (270 ml) warm water or milk
For cheese: 450 g or 1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
3 half sheet pan (18 by 13 in _ 46 by 33 cm)
450 degrees F or 230 degrees C oven on the bottom rack for 10 minutes.

Super Easy PIZZA BITES! ???? | The Best Mini Pizza Recipe (With Homemade Pizza Dough)

You’ll need
200 ml warm milk
120 ml warm water
100 ml oil
2 tsp granulated sugar
10g instant yeast
3 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
For the sauce:
Tomato sauce
Thyme
Toppings:
Sausages
Pepperoni
2 long green peppers
Mozzarella cheese
Olives
1 cup = 240 ml
Here’s how
1. For the dough, place 200 ml warm milk, 120 ml warm water, 100 ml oil, 2 tsp sugar and 10g instant yeast in the large bowl. Mix together using a spoon.
2. Add half of the flour and 1 tsp salt, knead until the dough begins to form. Continue to knead, bringing in the rest of the flour. Keep kneading until you have a smooth, springy, soft dough.
3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and then, with a kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 30 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, prepare your desired toppings.
5. Remove the plastic cover, punch the dough down and turn it out onto a work surface.
6. Knead for another minute so it deflates a bit. Flatten it with your hands and roll it out into a rough circle. Try not to roll too thick as it will keep rising until you put it in the oven.
7. With a round cutter, or a glass, cut the dough into rounds.
8. Lay the bases on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
9. Do the same with the rest of the dough.
10. Spoon on the tomato sauce and spread over the bases evenly using a brush.
11. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese, and place your desired toppings on the pizzas.
12. Bake in the 180°C preheated oven about 20-25 minutes. Prepare the second tray the same way.
13. Mini pizzas are ready to be served!
14. Enjoy!
