How To make Milky Way Cake(Plain Jane)
6 Milky Way Bars
1 c Butter, sweet
2 c Sugar
4 Egg
2 1/2 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking Soda
1 1/4 c Buttermilk
1 t Vanilla
1 c Nuts, chopped
Calories per serving: Number of Servings: 8 Fat grams per serving: : Approx. Cook Time: 1:20 Cholesterol per serving: Marks: *DIRECTIONS* Melt candy bars and 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan over very low heat. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350 detgrees. Beat sugar and remaining butter until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour and baking soda alternately with buttermilk, stirring until smooth. Add candy mixture, stirring well. Stir in vanilla and nuts (nuts are optional). Pour into greased, floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 to 25 minutes. Test with toothpick. Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 minutes and remove from pan.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sifted Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 cup White Sugar
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 cup Oil
1 cup Milk
1 Large Egg
1 tsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Instant Coffee dissolve in
3/4 cup Hot Water
Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for about 40 minutes or until done

Note: Rice cookers have a preset which automatically switches from cook to warm setting once it thinks the rice is done. Since we're cooking cake instead of rice, we need to trick it into thinking that it's still cooking rice when making this cake. Simply switch back to the cook setting whenever the switch flicks back to the warm setting until the cake is done. (My cooker flicked back around 6 times while making this cake).
Try this rice cooker method at your own risk, and try only if you have a good quality cooker and the proper voltage (240).

Easy Homemade Double Chocolate Banana Bread Recipe
This banana bread is incredibly tender, moist and flavorful, loaded with ripe bananas and chocolate chips.
INGREDIENTS
3 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar (150g)
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup oil (80ml)
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (170g)
1/3 cup cocoa powder (35g)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips or chunks (130g)
Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

INGREDIENTS:
For batter:
Sugar 2 cups
Flour 1 3/4 cups
Cocoa 3/4 cup
Baking Soda 1 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 1 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
2 eggs
Milk 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract 2 tsp
Boiling Water 1 cup
For icing:
Butter 1 cup
Cocoa 1 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar 2 cups
Milk 2/3 cup
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 360F / 180C. Grase and flour two 9-in baking pans. Set aside.
In the large bowl of a standing mixer, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth about 3 minutes.
Stir in boiling water. You can use rubber spatula to stir. Batter will be very runny.
Pour batter evenly between the two pans and bake on middle rack of oven for about 30-35 minutes, until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean with just a few moist crumbs attached.
Let it cool about 10 minutes before removing from pans. Than cool completely.
In the meantime, prepare a chocolate buttercream frosting. Use a standing mixer to beat the butter until fluffy.
Finely add in cocoa, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Cut each cake horizontally.
Smear evenly 2-3 heaped tbsp buttercream frosting over the first layer of cake, cover with second layer and buttercream frosting and continue that process with remaining layers of cake and buttercream frosting. Spread buttercream frosting evenly with a spatula all over the cake.

PRO TIP
You can also line baking pans with parchment paper circles.
It's good idea to substitute water for 1 cup of hot coffee!
