Spinach Noodle Kugel:
3 cups uncooked rombi or mafalde pasta (or any short cut ribbon noodle or broken-up lasagna noodles)
3 (10oz) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 1/4 cups matzo meal (from about 4 matzos) or plain bread crumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped (about a cup)
12 oz. extra firm silken tofu (vacuum packed)
1 cup vegetable broth
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup lightly packed, chopped fresh dill (don't forget!!)
2 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Mashed potato 100g
White sugar 25g(2tbsp)
Dry yeast 3g(1tsp)
Salt 3g(1/2tsp)
Water 180ml-200ml
oil 30g(2tbsp)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Olive oil (optional)
Bake at 200°C / 392°F for 15 minutes

The easiest way to make croissant! Why I didn't know this method before!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup of warm water (80-90 ml).
1 tbsp sugar (10g).
1 tbsp dry yeast or instant yeast (8g).
1/5 cup of warm milk (50 ml).
2/3 tsp salt (4g).
2 cups flour (250g).
Butter: 5 tbsp soft butter (50g) for dough and 15 tbsp soft butter for grease (150g).
Bake at 190° (375°F) for 20-25 minutes.
The result is light, airy, golden, flaky and buttery croissants! Bon appetit!
