How To make Mary Jane's Brownies
3/4 c Flour
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/3 c Butter
3/4 c Sugar
2 tb Water
12 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
1 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1. Melt together until *just begins* to boil: butter, water, sugar.
Remove from heat 2. Add flour, soda and 1/2 of chips
3. Add eggs, one at a time and mix well after each
4. add vanilla
5.stir in nuts and remaining chips
6. pour into 8 or 9" square pan and bake 350 degrees 30-35 minutes.
These are best stored in frig. Otherwise they are too"gooey" -----

[ingredients] 20 cm x 20 cm pan (8 inch x 8 inch)
115 g(1/2 cup) melted unsalted butter
13 g (1 Tbsp) cooking oil (ex. Canola Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Corn Oil...)
150 g(3/4 cup) granulated sugar (* see below note)
80 g (1/3 cup) milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
90 g (3/4 cup) all purpose flour
55 g (1/2 cup) cocoa powder (unsweetened)
3 g(3/4 tsp) baking powder
1/5 tsp salt
80 g(1/2 cup) chopped walnuts (optional)
[Note]
Sugar Option 1) Sugar 200 g ( 1 cup)
A more crust forms on top, and it's chewier. But it will be very sweet.
Sugar Option 2) Sugar 100 g ~ 120 g (1/2 cup ~ 3/5 cup)
Choose this option if you want something less sweet.
[How to bake]
Bake in an oven preheated to 340°F (170°C) for about 22-24 minutes.Times may vary.)
If you want fudge brownies, bake them shorter than the suggested time (within about 20 minutes).

How To Make Easy VEGAN Fudgy Brownies | MARY JANE STARK
This recipe is so simple and delicious that my non-vegan father, who hates moist and fudgy cakes of any sort, LOVED it ???? and you already have the ingredients at home, check them out ???? (also don't forget to like, subscribe and comment down below)

Ingredients:
1. brown sugar: 2 cups packed | 400g
2. cocoa powder: 1 cup | 100g
3. oil: 1/2 cup | 100g
4. flour: 2 cups | 200g
5. baking soda: 1/2 tsp
6. salt: 1 tsp
7. hot coffee: 1 cup | 200g
8. nuts or seeds or dark chocolate: 1/2 cup | 100g
Instructions:
1. preheat your oven to 350°F or 180°C.
2. in a big bowl add brown sugar, cocoa powder, and oil.
3. mix them until combined.
4. add flour, baking soda, and salt and combine them until they become brown and crumbly.
5. pour in the hot coffee and fold until just combined.
7. add in your mixins and fold them in.
8. line an 8 × 8 (20cm × 20cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
9. pour the brownie batter in it and top it with more chopped chocolate and nuts if you want.
10. bake for 30 - 40 minutes based on your preferred level of doneness. (it's done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs NOT WET BATTER)
11. take it out of the oven, bang it down a few times and let it cool for 10 - 15 minutes.
12. peel the parchment paper away, cut it into pieces, and enjoy!
