How To make Mexican Limeade
1 c Lime juice, fresh-squeezed
Water, enough to make - 1/2 gal total
SIMPLE SYRUP:
2 c Sugar, white
1 c Water
Simple syrup: Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan, and heat until it barely begins to boil. Remove from heat and cool. Combine one cup of syrup and one cup of lime juice in a pitcher. Add enough water to make up a half gallon. Serve over ice. Sam Waring

How To Make Brazilian Lemonade
How To Make Brazilian Lemonade. Brazilians call this beverage Swiss Lemonade because of its creamy look and texture. This drink is not from Switzerland. This beverage is called Lemonade even though it is made from limes because of a cultural and linguistic phenomenon. In Spanish and Portuguese there is only one word for beverages made from limes or lemons and that’s “Limonada”. Limonada translates to English as Lemonade not Limeade. This is the reason we call it Lemonade in English. If you go to a Brazilian restaurant and order this drink in English you want to call it Brazilian Lemonade or Swiss Lemonade. If you try to call this beverage Limeade just to be correct based on your terms and language, you’ll look like a total ignorant.

Ingredients
8 cups of hot water
2 cucumbers
4 Large lemons or 6 medium lemons
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups ice + extra
Make sure to have a large pitcher to fit 10-12 cups of cucumber lemonade. You may half the recipe for smaller size families.
