How To make Meatball Chili Stew
1 Cup Picante Sauce
1 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Tortilla Chips
Crushed
1 Egg :
Beaten
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Oil
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
1 Can Whole Tomatoes (28 Oz) Peeled
1 Can Kidney Beans, Canned :
Drained
Fresh Cilantro -- Chopped
1)Mix 1/2 of the Picante Sauce, beef, chips, egg and garlic powder thoroughly and shape firmly into 24 (1") meatballs. 2)In a Dutch oven over medium high heat, heat the oil. COok meatballs in 2 batches until evenly browned. Set meatballs aside. Pour off fat. 3)Add remaining picante sauce, chili powder, tomatoes and beans. Heat to a boil. Return meatballs to the pan. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until meatballs are done. Top with cilantro and additional crushed tortilla chips

Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
600g (21.16 oz) minced beef
1 onion
1/3 bunch parsley
1 egg
1/3 cup (42g) dry bread crumbs
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
For the sauce:
1 large onion
3 garlic cloves
1/2 red chili pepper (optional)
600g (oz) tomato sauce
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
600 ml water
7-8 basil leaves
Salt & pepper for taste*
1 tablespoon sugar?
Directions:
1. Finely chop onion and parsley. Crush garlic cloves. In a large bowl place the beef, chopped onion, parsley, crushed garlic, egg, bread crumbs and seasoning. Mix well with your hands until all combined.
2. Form into balls. In a large pan heat oil over medium heat. Fry the meatballs for about 1 minute for each side until lightly brown and remove from the pan.
3. For the sauce: chop onion, slice garlic cloves, chili pepper and basil.
4. In the same pan sauté onion for 4-5 minutes. Add sliced garlic and chili, sauté for 3-4 minutes more. Add tomato sauce, fill the empty tins of the tomato sauce with water (about 600 ml) and pour into the pan, add tomato paste, basil leaves, season with salt, pepper, paprika and stir.
5. Bring to sauce to a boil, transfer the browned meatballs to the sauce, reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for about 30-40 minutes. Serve.

Hi foodies! Here's something good for your next party or even dinner. The meatballs can be cooked in a pan, airfryer or in the oven. You may baste the meatballs while in the oven or even cook 'em in a slowcooker. Sometimes meatballs get smushed because they're on top of each other in the slowcooker so I'm good with simmering it on the stove or doing it in the oven. Enjoy!
Yield: 30 small meatballs
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Buttermilk(see info below)
1 large egg
1 - 2 tbsps Green seasoning
1/2 cup Unflavored breadcrumbs(they don't have to be toasted breadcrumbs, simply put some day old bread in your food processor or use a fine grater)
1 lb Ground meat
1/2 - 1 tbsp All purpose seasoning
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
Olive oil
2 tbsps Strawberry jam
3/4 cup Apple juice
2 tsps Apple cider
1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
1/3 cup Sweet Chili sauce (medium heat)
1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsps Vegetable oil to cook the meatballs

To make your own buttermilk:
1. Pour 1/2 cup whipping cream or heavy cream or full fat milk.
2. Add 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice and stir.
3. Let it sit till slightly curdly and it's ready for use.

For the meatballs-
2 lbs ground beef I used 93% lean and 7% fat
1 c white rice
2 eggs
1/4 white onion (diced)
1/2 bunch mint or cilantro (diced)
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp black pepper
For the tomato broth:
5 Roma tomatoes
1/4 white onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 cube tomato bouillon
1/2 tsp cumin
3 chile chipotles in adobo sauce
6 c water add additional 6 c water to boil
1/2 bunch mint or cilantro
3 potatoes
3 celery sticks
3 whole carrots
You can also add squash and corn ????
