How To make Meatball Chili Stew
1 Cup Picante Sauce
1 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Tortilla Chips
Crushed
1 Egg :
Beaten
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Oil
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
1 Can Whole Tomatoes (28 Oz) Peeled
1 Can Kidney Beans, Canned :
Drained
Fresh Cilantro -- Chopped
1)Mix 1/2 of the Picante Sauce, beef, chips, egg and garlic powder thoroughly and shape firmly into 24 (1") meatballs. 2)In a Dutch oven over medium high heat, heat the oil. COok meatballs in 2 batches until evenly browned. Set meatballs aside. Pour off fat. 3)Add remaining picante sauce, chili powder, tomatoes and beans. Heat to a boil. Return meatballs to the pan. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until meatballs are done. Top with cilantro and additional crushed tortilla chips

1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbs minced dried onion
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Chili:
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 pound ground beef
2 Tbs chili powder
2 Tbs ground cumin
1 Tbs granulated sugar
2 Tbs tomato paste
1 Tbs garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 (15 oz.) can petite diced tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can chili beans or drained/rinsed kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

They're not something most people make at home in Thailand, but for those who are keen on DIY food projects, it's actually quite easy to make.

For the meatballs
· 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
· 3/4 cup crushed chili cheese corn chips
· 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
· 1 large egg
· 1 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
· 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
· 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
· 1 teaspoon onion powder
· For the chili sauce~
· 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
· 1/2 small onion finely diced
· 2 cloves garlic finely minced
· 2 tablespoons tomato paste
· 1 tablespoon chili powder
· 1 1/2 cup tomato sauce
· 1 cup chicken stock
· 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
· Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients for meatballs to a large bowl. Mix together without overworking.
1. Divide evenly and roll into meatballs.
2. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
3. Add oil, onions and garlic to skillet. Sautee 3-4 minutes.
4. Stir in tomato paste and seasonings. Cook 2-3 minutes.
5. Stir in tomato sauce and chicken stock. Bring to a low boil.
6. Add meatballs, cover skillet and reduce heat to low.
7. Simmer covered 15 minutes until meatballs are tender and sauce thickens.
8. Salt and pepper to taste.
9. Top with grated cheese and simmer 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.
HOW TO MAKE MEATBALLS | EASY SOFT AND DELICIOUS MEATBALLS | ITALIAN MEATBALLS
My family's favorite meatball recipe is what I'm sharing today, simple yet delicious.
Easy Soft And Delicious Meatballs
40g leftover bread or fresh bread
Sauce
1/2 of a medium onion
400g tomato purée
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Salt
3 tbsp of olive oil
Mince Mixture
400g ground beef
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 medium clove of minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper
Salt
1 whole egg
To Add To The sauce
1 cup of water
1/2 cube of beef or chicken stock
METHOD
-Soak the bread in water for 5 minutes
-In the meantime heat the olive oil on medium-low
-Fry the onion on medium for 3 minutes
-Add the tomato,black pepper,salt, cook for 10 minutes
-Squeeze out water from the bread, add to the mince,1 tbsp parsley,1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, minced garlic ,black pepper,salt and the egg, mix thoroughly, make small meatballs
-Add the meatballs to the sauce,water and the stock,cover and cook for 30 minutes
-10 minutes into the cooking time, gently turn them, cover and cook for the remaining time, stir every now and then
-They are ready, serve with pasta or with bread
-Enjoy
