30-35 large shrimp
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon creole seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon old bay
1 stick unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 lemon juice

All you need is fresh rosemary, sun-dried tomatoes, old bay seasoning, salt and pepper, and 10 minutes. Add a little coconut oil to the preheated grill in medium high to cook. For a balanced dinner and weight loss combined with a cruciferous salad.

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds of JUMBO SHRIMP
1 bundle of FRESH ROSEMARY
¼ cup of SUN-DRIED TOMATOES
1 tablespoon of OLD BAY SEASONING
1 teaspoon of SALT
1 teaspoon of PEPPER
INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the shell from the shrimp and clean them by hand. Then cut off the head and tail and remove the vein. Then wash them with water and dry them.
Introduce a shrimp and a sundried tomato into a fresh rosemary wand for a party or meeting. For one entree, select 2 shrimp with 1 sundried tomato, and for dinner, three shrimp and two sundried tomatoes.
Add old bay seasoning, salt and pepper on both sides of the kebabs and skewers.
Preheat the grill on high. Add coconut (or olive) oil and cook the skewers one minute per side, or until the laterals are white and puffy.
To enjoy a delicious and balanced dinner add a cruciferous salad.

INGREDIENTS
1 pound shrimp (extra large 26/30) (deveined, with the shells removed)
LEMON HERB MARINADE
4 sprigs thyme (leaves removed and finely minced)
4 sprigs rosemary (minced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
¼ cup Italian parsley
¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon honey
juice of 2 lemons
INSTRUCTIONS
Make the marinade. Mix all ingredients for the lemon herb marinade together in a zip top bag. Add the shrimp to the bag and massage lightly to coat. Place the marinating shrimp in the refrigeration and allow it to marinate for 1 hour.
Grill the shrimp. Preheat your preferred grill (this works well on gas and charcoal) to 450 degrees F. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and place it directly on the grill grates. Grill the shrimp for 2 minutes per side until opaque throughout.
Serve hot. Remove the fully cooked shrimp from grill to a serving platter. Serve hot with fresh lemon wedges. This shrimp is also delicious in salad or on pasta or rice.
