Garlic Soy Marinated Salmon is epically delicious! ???? ????
One of my favorite things to cook over the fire is Salmon, but this time we are going to marinate it and sear it off on the skillet. With this Garlic Soy Marinated Salmon recipe, you will get the savory umami paired with a citrus sweetness that really brightens a skillet cooked fish. It is super easy to make, and when done right, you are left with some crispy salmon skin that is to die for! Garnish it up with sesame seeds and scallions to finish, and let’s dive in! ???? ????

Orange Ginger
2 6-8oz salmon fillets
1 orange, zested and juice
½ tsp ginger, freshly grated
2 tsp honey
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together orange zest & juice, ginger, honey and salt & pepper to taste. Place salmon and marinade in a large zipper bag and allow to sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Place salmon on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

Greek
2 6-8oz salmon fillets
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dill, chopped
½ lemon, zest and juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together herbs, lemon zest & juice, garlic, oil and salt & pepper to taste. Add marinade and salmon to a large zipper bag and allow to sit for 20 minutes in the refrigerator. Place salmon on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
Sweet & Spicy
2 6-8oz salmon fillets
1 cup pineapple juice
1 jalapeno, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, jalapeno, garlic and cajun seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour marinade over salmon and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. When ready to cook, add salmon to a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

Maple Balsamic
2 6-8oz salmon fillets
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup maple syrup
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic, maple syrup, garlic and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow to marinate for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator. Place on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes.

Chipotle lime
2 6-8oz salmon fillets
¼ cup chipotle in adobo sauce, finely minced or puréed
2 limes, zest and juice
1 tbsp agave
Salt and pepper to taste
Cilantro for garnish
In a small bowl, whisk together chipotle in adobo, lime zest & juice and agave. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place salmon in a large zipper bag and add marinade. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Place marinated salmon fillets onto a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

THIS is How I Get Perfectly Grilled Salmon Every Single Time
Follow my foolproof steps for this easy grilled salmon recipe for a delicious dish that comes together in minutes and, more importantly, it's intact. These cooking techniques repeatedly prove how well they work.
Ingredients for this recipe:
• 2 8-ounce salmon fillets
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
• 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
• coarse salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
Serves 3
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 7 minutes
Procedures:
1. Portion the salmon fillets to the size of your liking.
2. Pat the fish down well on all sides with a paper towel.
3. Next, drizzle on the oil and rub it in to coat it on all sides.
4. Season the fish well with coarse salt and freshly cracked pepper on both sides.
5. Preheat the grill to high heat, which is about 450° to 550°.
6. Once hot, be sure the grill is clean using a grill brush.
7. Oil the grill using a kitchen towel that is saturated with oil and rubbed on using a pair of long tongs.
8. Place the salmon flesh side down and cook for 4 minutes. Do not touch it.
9. Gently flip the salmon over, using a spatula or tongs, or both and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes or until it reaches about 125° internally.
10. Remove the salmon from the grill and add on melted butter and lemon juice and let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
