How to cook mushrooms properly
This is a basic video that will show you the proper technique of how to properly fry mushrooms. Although you can cook mushrooms in many different ways, this is a good basic skill to have.
You can clean mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp paper towel before cooking them. If you soak or wash mushrooms directly in or under running water, they will absorb the water and take longer to cook. Both methods are acceptable, but if you want to cut down cooking time, wipe them, don't soak them.

Little mushrooms are marinated in a zesty mixture. They're great for buffet style gatherings. They keep well for a long time in the fridge, or you may can them in mason jars and store in cupboard.
Ingredients:
Mushroom 150 g
Salt
Lime juice ¼ ts
Garlic chopped 1 ts
Crushed pepper 1 ts
Onion chopped 1 n
Basle leaf 15 g
Olive oil 1tb
Red wine vinegar ½ cup
Bell pepper (red) 1 n
Worcestershire 1tb
Directions:
Heat water in a pan add mushrooms, salt, squeeze the lime juice, once come to boil and drain it off.
Take a bowl add chopped garlic, crushed pepper, onion chopped, salt, crush it and Worcestershire sauce, Basle leaf, olive oil, bell pepper, red wine vinegar and add boiled mushrooms, mix it well and transfer to another bowl and rest for over night, at last add Parmesan cheese powder.

Italian marinated mushrooms: the best way to preserve them!
Here's how to make at home delicious mushrooms in olive oil!INGREDIENTS
1kg mushrooms
500ml white vinegar
Whole black pepper
Salt
Garlic
Bay leaf
1l water
Paprika
Parsley
Mint
Seed oil
METHOD
Cut a part of the stem of each mushroom. Wash and strain them.
Cut each mushroom in four vertically.
Pour water and vinegar into a pot. Add pepper and a bay leaf. Wait for it to boil. Add salt and then cook the mushrooms for 3 minutes.
Strain the mushrooms and dry them with kitchen paper.
Place the mushrooms in a bowl, add chili powder, finely chopped garlic, mint, parsley, salt, pepper and mix well.
Fill a glass jar with the mushrooms and fill with oil.

Easy way to make delicious marinated mushrooms. Just a few ingredients.
250 gr mushrooms (clean well)
1 medium onion
3 cloves of garlic
bay leaves, black pepper, salt
Dill, parsley
3 tbs of vinegar
olive oil

This marinated mushroom recipe is easy to make and can be served as an appetizer or you can add your marinated mushrooms to a cheese or meat tray.

2 -3 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon juniper berries
1 teaspoon oregano (dried)
1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup red onions
1 pound mushrooms
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar (turn off the heat when you add the red wine vinegar)
