How To make Portabello Mushrooms, Pasta and Fresh Tomato Sauce
2 c Fresh Tomato Sauce
1/2 lb angel hair pasta
1/2 c flour
1 tb Emeril=D5s Creole Seasoning
1/4 c olive oil
4 portabello mushrooms each about 4-5=D3 in -- rins
ed & stemmed diameter 1/2 c coarsely grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Prepare the Fresh Tomato Sauce, and keep warm
Meanwhile, combine the flour with the Creole Seasoning until thoroughly b lended. Dredge the mushrooms thoroughly in the seasoned flour, shaking o ff any excess.
Heat the remaining oil in a large skillet over high heat. When the oil i s hot and almost smoking, add the mushrooms, top side first, and saute th em until golden brown, for about 1 minutes on each side. Remove from ski llet.
Cook pasta and drain.
To serve, mound 1/2 cup of pasta in each pasta bowl. Place 1 mushroom, t op side up, on each pasta serving. Nap with 1/2 c of sauce, and sprinkle with 2 tbs of the Parmesan.

Ingredients:-
2 tbsp olive oil
4-5 cloves garlic
A packet of pasta
1 onion
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried mixed Italian herbs
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 kg chicken thigh
200 grams of mushrooms
150 ml cream
Parsley to garnish
Salt to taste
Method:-
- In a saucepan heat Olive Oil and saute garlic, onion, thyme with italian herbs, black pepper and salt.
- Add the chicken and cook for 7 minutes.
- Then add mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms release liquids.
- Pour the cream in batches as required and stir.
- Now add coriander and mix well.
Delicious and Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Pasta is ready to serve!

Recipe for 2:
- 1lbs/450 pasta of your choice, boiled and drained.
- 0,7lbs/300g beef, use a tender cut, I am using sirloin filet
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 0,6lbs/250g mushrooms
- 1 handful sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 0,7cup/160ml beef stock or chicken
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 0,85cup/200ml heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese
- 2 handfuls Parmesan cheese, 1 for the sauce, 1 for topping the pasta
- 1-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Olive oil, about 2-3 teaspoons, add more if need it
- Salt and pepper

How to make Cheesy Stuffed Mushroom in Tomato Sauce
This is a great dish to make ahead of time then cook it in the oven the day of. These cheesy stuffed goodness would be a great appetizer for your New Years Eve party. It would even make for an amazing main course. Think of this meal like a pasta-less lasagna or a pasta-less ravioli. You can switch the cream cheese for mascarpone, I didn't in this case cause I wanted to keep the cost as low as possible.

so this recipe was inspired by my 13th birthday! my family & i went to one of the more fancier restaurants in town & i chose to get spaghetti... of all of the things on the menu, i chose this exact meal & i do not regret it!
