TANDOORI BROCCOLI
Preparation time 15 minutes
Cooking time 20-25 minutes
Serving 4
Ingredients
For Marination
½ cup Hung Curd
½ tsp Black pepper powder
½ tsp Black cardamom powder
½ tsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Lemon juice
¼ tsp Degi red chilli powder
½ tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1 tbsp Mustard oil
1 tbsp roasted Gram flour
For Washing Veggies
Fresh Water
1 cap Veggie clean
For Blanching Broccoli
Water
Salt to taste
2 medium Broccoli, cut in 4/6 pieces
Iced water
For Tomatoes
2-3 Tomatoes, cut in half
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
For Chaat Masala
1 tsp Black Cardamom powder
1 tsp Degi red chilli powder
1 tsp Dried Fenugreek leaves
1 tsp Chaat Masala
Other Ingredients
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Mustard oil
Curd
Fresh Coriander leaves
Process
For Marination
In a bowl add hung curd, black pepper powder, black cardamom powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt, degi red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, mustard oil, roasted gram flour and mix everything together.
Keep aside for further use
For Washing Veggies
In a big bowl add water, veggie clean then mix it and add the vegetables in it set aside for 8-10 minutes.
Strain and rinse under running water then wipe the vegetables dry and keep aside for further use.
For Blanching Broccoli
In a large pot boil water, salt then add the broccoli and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
Now add it in the iced water and let it cool down.
Remove on a clean cloth and wipe it dry then keep aside for further use.
For Tomatoes
Cut the tomatoes in half, apply some salt and pepper, set aside for further use.
For Chaat Masala
In a small bowl add black cardamom powder, degi red chilli powder, dried fenugreek leaves, chaat masala and mix everything properly keep aside for further use.
For Cooking Tandoori Broccoli
Apply the tandoori marination to the blanched broccoli properly and set aside.
Apply the same marination to the tomatoes and set aside.
Heat two grill pan with oil, mustard oil then place the broccoli in one and the tomatoes in another pan.
Cook for all sides until golden brown then cooked properly on medium high heat.
Remove and serve hot with curd and garnish with coriander leaves.

To Make Marinate Broccoli
Broccoli - 1 No.
Hung Curd - 1 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp
Chaat Masala Powder - 1 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 Tsp
Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
Today we are going to see how to make healthy and tasty weight loss recipe or diet recipe Broccoli Tandoori. If `you follow the tips and measures of home cooking show best taste guaranteed. Making of this healthy recipe is very quick and easy with limited steps and Ingredients which involves boiling of broccoli on steam followed by making of coating with hung curd and masalas and finally frying them, we can use cauliflower as well in place of broccoli, Hope you try this yummy recipe at your home and enjoy.

Method:
1. Wash and clean the broccoli and cut it into medium sized pieces.
2. Steam the broccoli pieces for 5 mins and keep them aside.
3. For marinating the broccoli, take hung curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, salt, kasuri methi, lemon juice in a large bowl and mix everything well.
4. Mix the prepared marinade with the broccoli pieces and let it sit for about 1 hour.
5. Grease the grill pan with some ghee and place the marinated broccoli pieces on the pan.
6. Grill the broccoli for about 3 mins on a medium low flame and brush some ghee on the open side of the broccoli pieces.
7. After brushing with ghee, flip the broccoli pieces to the other side and grill for another 3 mins.
8. Finally, apply some ghee and toss them.
9. Once they are golden brown in colour on all sides, remove them from the pan.
10. Serve this healthiest Tandoori Broccoli with some mint chutney, lemons and vegetable salad by the side.

Broccoli is marinated and then roasted until toasty and caramelized. Truth: Broccoli has never tasted so good!

INGREDIENTS:
2 bunches of Fresh Broccoli
4 tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard {I like country style}
2 cloves Fresh Garlic, pressed through a garlic press
1/4 teaspoon of Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon of Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Trim the tough stems off of two bunches of fresh broccoli and cut the larger pieces into smaller florets.
In a large bowl combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, mustard, kosher salt and black pepper.
Toss the florets into the marinade and let them soak for 10 or so minutes.
Spread the marinated florets on a rimmed, aluminum sheet pan. Pop them into the scorching 425 degree oven and roast for 10-15 minutes.
Toss and sprinkle with more kosher salt if desired and enjoy!

They are crunchy, lemony, slightly spicy, and a little garlicky; they are perfect as a side dish for an easy everyday dinner or a special holiday meal.
⭐️ Ingredients
FOR ROASTED BROCCOLI
1 pound broccoli about 1 large head
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
2 twists black pepper
FOR THE DRESSING
1½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1½ tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic grated
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoons salt
TOPPINGS (Optional)
½ cup parmesan cheese grated, or dairy-free cheese
⅓ cup almonds slivered or shaved, and toasted
Metric:
FOR ROASTED BROCCOLI
450 grams broccoli about 1 large head
14 grams extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
2 twists black pepper
FOR THE DRESSING
21 grams extra virgin olive oil
25 grams lemon juice
1 clove garlic grated
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoons salt

Ingredients:
370g broccoli
2-3 pieces garlic
small piece ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp cane sugar
splash of toasted sesame oil
1 tsp potato starch
2 tbsp water
1 tsp avocado oil
2 tsp chili oil (
1 tsp white sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Remove the floret from the stalk of the broccoli. Then, chop the florets into bite sized pieces
2. Grate the garlic and ginger. Prep the sauce by combining together the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cane sugar, toasted sesame oil, potato starch, and water. Set the sauce aside
3. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add the avocado oil followed by the broccoli
4. Let the broccoli cook for 2-3min. Then, give the pan a good toss. Allow the broccoli cook for another 2-3min. Set the broccoli aside
5. Place the pan on medium low heat and add in the chili oil
6. Add the garlic and ginger. Gently cook for 2-3min
7. Add the broccoli and turn the heat to medium. Sauté for about 1min
8. Add in the stir fry sauce and place on a lid immediately following. Let the broccoli steam for about 30-45 seconds
9. Give the broccoli a good stir. Plate the broccoli and garnish with white sesame seeds
