Ingredients:
1 cup mixed glazed fruits, chopped
½ cup dried apricots, chopped
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup dark raisins
½ cup candied orange peel
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
½ cup golden raisins
1 cup pecans
1 cup pitted dates
½ cup green candied cherries
½ cup red candied cherries
¾ cup rhum

1 ½ cup all purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp allspice
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt

½ cup (113g) softened butter, unsalted
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 eggs, medium
⅓ cup molasses
2 tablespoons rhum

*Divide evenly into three 6x3x2.5 loaf pans greased and lined
*Bake in a preheated oven at 165C for 1 hr 30 mins or until toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean (you can opt to bake them using baine marie method for even cooking and prevent the cake from drying out or just bake them longer at lower temperature)

*Cool completely and brush all over with rhum or brandy
*Wrap them individually in aluminum foil and refrigerate. Avoid touching with bare hands to prevent spoilage
*Brush them again with rhum after a week then repeat brushing for four weeks
*To make a chocolate fruit cake, replace 1/2 cup of flour with alkalized unsweetened cocoa powder

This 3 ingredient Fruit Cake is such an amazing way to enjoy your favourite festive cake anytime with easily available ingredients.

Ingredients
Mixed Fruit - 250g
Fruit juice- 250ml
Cake flour - 125g

Bake at 160°C for 1 hour or until the cake looks firm from the centre.

Few suggested alternatives
1. You can take any mixed dry fruits, plums, cherries and raisins of your choice.

2. You can try different fruit juice to make this cake with different flavours.

3. Do remember that we are not adding any sugar to this recipe , so you can add a preferably sweet fruit juice.

4. You can also substitute fruit juice with cold coffee for another yummy flavour.

5. Soak the mixed fruits preferably overnight for better results.

6. While baking you need to bake according to your oven timing .. For these measurements the mentioned time is mostly perfect if required you can bake for another 15mins or until the centre looks firm.

Eggless Fruit Cake with Buttermilk : Simple and Easy Recipe.

Fruit Cakes are one of those cakes that is perfect any time of the year especially for christmas!!! This eggless fruit cake made with buttermilk is super moist and fluffy. It is nicely spiced with ground cinnamon and nutmeg. It is also loaded with lots of juicy dried fruits and nuts . On top of this, it is egg less and alcohol free. Isn’t that great??? All you have do is gather a few ingredients, mix them and bake the cake, that simple!
Ingredients

All-purpose flour:225 g

Curd / yogurt / Thick buttermilk (at room temperature) :240 ml

Brown sugar (You may use white sugar also):170 g

Softened Butter:150 g

Salt:1/4 Tsp

Ground cinnamon:1/2 Tsp

Ground nutmeg:1/4 Tsp

Baking soda:1Tsp

Vanilla extract/Vanilla bean paste:1/2 Tsp

Raisins 1/2 cup

Cranberries 1/2 cup

Walnuts:1/2 cup

Dries plums/Prunes: 1/2  cup

Walnuts:1/2 cup

Candied peels:1/3 cup

I recommend to use a Total weight of dried fruits and nuts  be around 350 -375 g in this recipe.

Method

Preheat your oven @350 degree F.

In a mixing bowl, mix together ,All the powdered ingredients.ie Flour,baking soda,salt, ground spices and whist them together to make sure everything is evenly distributed in the flour.And then add the dried fruits and nuts and mix them together and  Keep it aside
In another bowl, mix together all the rest of the ingredients.ie,Softened butter ,brown sugar,vanilla extract and then the buttermilk and  Mix them very well.
Mix together, the wet and dry ingredients together.
Immediately pour into the greased pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 to 70 minutes(@350 Degree F), or until the cake is golden brown. A toothpick inserted into the center of the cake will come out clean.
Remove from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
Your Buttermilk Fruit Cake is ready. Enjoy!!

आज मसाला किचन मे हम लाये है सुपर सॉफ्ट ब्रिटेनिया केक रेसिपी | घर मे टूटी फ्रूटी केक बनाने का आसान तरीका | बिना अंडे का केक बनाये | रुई जैसा केक बनाने की विधि | बेकरी जैसा केक/बिना क्रीम का केक | सबसे आसान केक/स्पंज केक/पोंड केक/वनीला केक/बाजार जैसा केक | सबसे स्पंजी केक/सूजी केक/फ्रूट केक/मैदा केक/आटा केक/मलाई केक/बिना अंडे के केक/कप केक/कस्टर्ड केक/बिना ओवन के केक शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी |

INGREDIENTS:
* White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 1+1/4 Cup
* Corn Flour(आरारोट) - 1 Tsp
* Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - 3/4 Cup
* Curd(दही) - 1/2 Cup
* Butter(बटर) - 1/2 Cup
* Milk Powder(दूध पाउडर) - 1/4 Cup
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/2 Tsp
* Yellow Food Color(पीला खाद्य रंग) - Some
* Colourful Cherries(रंगीन चेरी/टूटी फ्रूटी) - Some
* Vanilla Essence(वनीला एसेंस) - Some drops
* Milk (दूध) - 1/2 Cup
* Salt(नमक)- Some
* Cashew Nuts(काजू)- Some
* Blue Berry(ब्लूबेरी) - Some

RECIPE:
Grease the cake tin with Oil and keep butter paper in it and keep it aside.
For Cake, In a bowl, put some Butter, Sugar Powder. Mix it and beat it with the hand Whisker. Then put some Vanilla Essence, Curd, in it & beat it again. Then put White Flour/Maida, Corn Flour in it by sieving them. Mix all these ingredients gradually. Put Milk Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, some Salt, Milk, and mix them all well. Take some Colourful Cherries and coat with White Flour/Maida. Then put some Yellow Food Colour, some coated Colourful Cherries & some Blue Berries in the Cake Batter and mix it well. Then Put the Cake Batter in the greased Cake Mold and put some Colourful Cherries, chopped Cashew Nuts on it. Bake the Cake in the preheated Oven at 160 Degrees for 25-30 mins. After 8-10 mins cover the cake with a plate/thali and bake it. Check the cake with a toothpick, then keep it cool down. After then demould the cake and cut the slices and serve it. In this way, Spongy & Soft Britannia Cake will get ready so easily at home.
