How To make Black Magic Cake(Crs)
1 3/4 c Flour
bleached, sifted
2 c Sugar
3/4 c Cocoa
2 ts Baking soda
1 t Baking powder
1 t Salt
2 Eggs
1/2 c Oil :
vegetable
1 c Coffee black, strong
1 c Buttermilk
1 t Vanilla extract
Hundred dollar frosting: 1/4 c Butter
3 oz Semisweet chocolate :
3 squa
1 Egg
2 c Sugar icing
1 tb Vanilla
1 tb Lemon juice
1 c Walnuts :
chopped
Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add eggs, oil, coffee, buttermilk and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer set at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until the cake tests done. Cool in pan on rack. Frost with Hundred Dollar Frosting. Cut into squares. HUNDRED DOLLAR FROSTING: Combine butter and semisweet chocolate in a double boiler top. Place over hot water, stirring until melted. Remove and cool well. Add egg and stir vigorously. Stir in confectioners' sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Stir in walnuts and frost cake with icing. Source: CRS file

Chocolate Magic Bean Cake Gluten Free Grain Free Vegetarian Thermochef Recipe cheekyricho
Video Recipe for Gluten Free Chocolate Magic Bean Cake. We made this cake in the Thermochef but you could use a blender. This delicious moist, rich tasting chocolate cake is lighter in texture than a mud cake, contains no flour or nuts. It is full of fibre and a very healthy alternative to a mud cake. It keeps well, doesn't taste like beans and doesn't give you gas. It was recently requested as a birthday cake and none of the the people who ate it guessed its main ingredient, BEANS!!! in fact, they didn't believe it did. It was devoured in seconds. We hope you give it a try.
INGREDIENTS:
420 gram can of drained beans we used mixed beans but you could use kidney or cannellini beans
30 grams strong coffee
20 grams vanilla extract
70 grams cocoa powder
10 grams gluten free baking powder
5 grams bicarb soda
125 grams butter
5 eggs
180 grams raw sugar.
