How To make Low Fat Rice Krispies Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients

flour, all-purpose

baking soda

butter, softened

cream cheese, nonfat, softened

cup
sugar
1/4
cup
egg beaters
1
teaspoon
vanilla
2
cup
rice krispies, cereal
4
oz
chocolate chips, reduced fat
1
vegetable cooking spray
Directions:
In small mixing bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat together butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg substitute and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour mixture, mixing until combined. Stir in rice krispies cereal and chocolate morsels. Drop by level measuring-tablespoon onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove immediately from baking sheets and cool on wire racks. Store in airtight container.

No joke, these are the best rice krispie treats I have ever made! If you’re not gluten free you can definitely use normal Rice Krispies instead.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup light butter (60g)
1/4 cup nut butter (56g) — I used @americandreamnutbutter (code Laurenfitfoodie)
1/4 cup sugar free pancake syrup (60g)
4 cups mini marshmallows (180g)
4.5 cups brown rice crisps or gf rice crisps cereal (120g)
3 Tbsp mini chocolate chips (45g)
TO MAKE
Line a 7x11-inch dish with parchment paper. For thicker Krispies, you could do an 8x8-inch; for thinner you could do 9x13-inch.)
Add the butter to a saucepan and set to low heat.
As it begins to melt, add in the nut butter, then the syrup. Stir in the marshmallows. As soon as the marshmallows are melted, turn off/remove from heat.
Fold in the rice crisps cereal until all the cereal is coated, then add to the dish and press down well (I used a piece of parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray for this to prevent sticking).
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave then drizzle over the top of the bars. Put in the freezer or refrigerator to set.

BROWN RICE CRISPY TREATS
1/2 cup of all natural crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup of brown rice syrup
4 cups of brown rice crispy cereal
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup of chocolate chips, (optional)
Mix peanut butter, rice syrup, and vanilla and heat over a low heat in a small sauce pan until the mixture becomes warm and syrup (this will only take a few minutes).
While your peanut butter syrup is heating, spray a large bowl with cooking spray before adding the rice cereal. Pour ooey gooey peanut butter syrup over the cereal and combine until all of the rice cereal is evenly coated.
Transfer brown rice into an 8x8-baking dish that has been lightly coated with non-stick cooking spray. Pat them down and make them nice and even, pop in the fridge about an hour or so, then cut em’ up and enjoy!

Peanut Butter Rice Krispies Treats! | Super EASY Recipe
If you like rice krispies treats AND peanut butter, then this recipe is definitely something you want to try! I used Skippy's creamy peanut butter and regular chocolate chips and melting candies for the chocolate layer. I would have used only melting candies, but I ran out and needed more chocolate because WHO wants a thin layer of chocolate?? haha! I hope you give this recipe a try!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 10oz bag mini marshmallows (about 5 cups)
1/2 cup peanut butter
6 cups rice krispy cereal
8 oz chocolate chips (about 1 1/2 cups)
2 tsp vegetable oil to thin out chocolate
9x13 inch baking dish
Directions:
Melt the butter over low-medium heat. Once the butter has mostly melted, add in the marshmallows. Once the marshmallows start to melt, add in the peanut butter. After everything is nice and melted, turn off the heat and add in the rice krispy cereal. Give everything a good mix.
Lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Drop in your cereal mixture and evenly spread it out in the dish.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 20 seconds or so. If the chocolate is too thick, add in 2 tsp of vegetable oil to thin it out. Pour the chocolate onto the cereal and spread it out evenly coating the top. Let the chocolate set for 2 hrs before cutting into.
Store in an air tight container at room temp.
