How To make Low Fat Rice Krispies Chocolate Chip Cookies

butter, softened

cream cheese, nonfat, softened

sugar

egg beaters

teaspoon
vanilla

cup
rice krispies, cereal
4
oz
chocolate chips, reduced fat
1
vegetable cooking spray
Directions:
In small mixing bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat together butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg substitute and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour mixture, mixing until combined. Stir in rice krispies cereal and chocolate morsels. Drop by level measuring-tablespoon onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove immediately from baking sheets and cool on wire racks. Store in airtight container.

4 cups - Marshmallows
3.5 cups - Rice Crispies
2 tbls - unsalted butter
melt butter over medium heat then add Marshmallows and stir about 5-8 mins to Marshmallows become one blob then add cereal. Place over wax paper and flatten. Cut in 2 inche pieces should make 18-22 squares

2 SCOOPS OF PROTEIN POWDER ( ANY KIND) I USED VANILLA QUEST ( YOU CAN USE ANY FLAVOR)
PINCH OF SALT
SLIVERED TOASTED ALMONDS ( OPTIONAL TO SPRINKLE ON TOP)!
I USUALLY ADD VANILLA 1 TSP TOO!
DIRECTIONS:
I USE MY CUISINART WITH THE KNIFE BLADE TO MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER!

Rice Crispy Treats recipe but with a chocolate twist. Perfect for bake sales, gatherings, birthday parties and for care packages to send to loved ones.
Chocolate Nuggets:
Rice Crispy (Krispie) Treat recipes
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
3 Tblsp butter
1 bag of small marshmallows
1 cup semi-sweet/dark chocolates
Directions:
In a double boiler melt the chocolates
once melted add in the marshmallows
When fully melted mix in the rice kris pies (turn off the heat)
let cool a few minutes before forming a ball - smoosh down to get a good shape
Let it sit 30 minutes before placing it in an airtight container. Leave at room temperature.

BROWN RICE CRISPY TREATS
1/2 cup of all natural crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup of brown rice syrup
4 cups of brown rice crispy cereal
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup of chocolate chips, (optional)
Mix peanut butter, rice syrup, and vanilla and heat over a low heat in a small sauce pan until the mixture becomes warm and syrup (this will only take a few minutes).
While your peanut butter syrup is heating, spray a large bowl with cooking spray before adding the rice cereal. Pour ooey gooey peanut butter syrup over the cereal and combine until all of the rice cereal is evenly coated.
Transfer brown rice into an 8x8-baking dish that has been lightly coated with non-stick cooking spray. Pat them down and make them nice and even, pop in the fridge about an hour or so, then cut em’ up and enjoy!

KETO TOFFEE RECIPE
Makes 20 pieces
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup packed brown sugar free sweetener (Swerve brand)
2 tablespoons water
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
7oz sugar free chocolate chips
1 tablespoon flaked salt
⅓ cup crushed pecans
1️⃣ Prepare a square baking dish or ¼ sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper. Set aside.
2️⃣ In a saucepan, add butter, sweetener, water and salt. Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil. Continue to let cook, stirring occasionally until temperature on a candy thermometer reads 300 degrees.
3️⃣ Remove from heat. Immediately stir in vanilla and pour into prepared baking dish. Even spread toffee mixture and let sit for several minutes until the toffee starts to harden on the top. It will turn opaque.
4️⃣ When the majority of the toffee is opaque, sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the toffee. Cover dish with aluminum foil for 4-5 minutes to help melt the chocolate.
5️⃣ Remove the foil, and spread the melted chocolate evenly over the toffee. Top with flaked salt and crushed pecans. Cover again and place in the refrigerator to further set for 1-2 hours.
** If the chocolate doesn’t melt after covering. Place the dish, uncovered under the broiled on high for 30-60 seconds.
