How To make Low Fat Cincinnati Sky Loaf
Ingredients

pound
turkey breast, ground
2
each
egg beaters
8
oz
tomato sauce
1 2/3
cup
oyster crackers, crushed
1/4
cup
onion, chopped
1
each
cincinnati style chili mix, package, dry
1/2
cup
half and half, fat free
1/2
cup
cheddar cheese, low fat, shredded
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except half and half and cheese thoroughly in large bowl. If needed, add more crushed crackers to achieve moist but solid consistency.
Transfer mixture to a loaf pan and bake in preheated oven for about 1 hour. Mix half and half and cheese and set aside. Remove loaf from oven, top with cheese mixture and serve.
