How To make Low Calorie French Fries
2 medium potatoes

3 sprays vegetable cooking spray
paprika :
optional salt pepper celery salt -- optional
* Use 2 unpeeled and scrubbed potatoes, baking size.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Slice each half into lengthwise wedges with some peel on each piece. Soak in cold water for 20 minutes. Drain and dry potatoes. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place potatoes into plastic bag or large plastic bowl with tight fitting lid. Add oil and shake to coat the potatoes. Arrange potatoes in single layer on cooking sheet. Bake in preheated 450-degree oven for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. To season, sprinkle with salt, pepper and your choice of paprika or celery salt. Reduce salt if using celery salt. Also good sprinkled with chili powder just before end of cooking time.

How to make Low Calorie Chili Cheese fries? It's actually a bit of work but absolutely worth it. On top I will show you how to make crunchy air fryer french fries.
Just add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda into 1 l of water and boil the potatoes for 10 min. Then dry them out und bake in the air fryer or convection oven. I baked them for 25 min at 190°C (375°F).

Ingredients
- 900g Chicken Breast cut into thin slices
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Lemon Juiced
Fries
- 800g Raw Potatoes cut into fries
- 1 tsp salt, pepper, oregano, paprika

Garlic Sauce
- 200g Low Fat Greek Yogurt

Important Cooking Notes
- Marinate the chicken for as long as possible, overnight for best flavours
- When layering the meat make sure they don’t fall to the sides. You can use a regular baking dish to layer on
- Bake the fries in the oven for 25 mins or air fry for 15 mins at 200C
- You can prep the garlic sauce and crunchy slaw in bulk in advance and store in the fridge for multiple days
- When the chicken is cooked, let it cool down then use a sharp knife to cut into thin strips and serve
