How To make Sweet Potato Fries with Curried Mayonnaise Dip
2/3 c Mayonnaise
1/3 c Plain yogurt
1 tb Curry powder
1 ts Ground ginger
1/2 ts Tumeric powder
1/2 ts Chili powder
1/2 ts Sweet Hungarian paprika
1/4 ts Salt
4 Large yams
Vegetable oil Salt In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and yogurt. Stir in spices and salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight. Makes 1 cup. Immediately before serving, scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise into quarter to half inch slices. Cut slices into french fry shapes. Place on baking sheets and drizzle with oil, tossing to coat. Spread in a single layer and season lightly with salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with curry dip.

Crispy Fish Fillet and Sweet Potato Chips with Garlic Mayo Dip

Ingredients - Sweet Potato Chips
4 pcs Sweet Potatoes
1 tsp of Salt and Pepper
1 tsp of Garlic Powder and Onion Powder
Olive Oil
Ingredients - Garlic Mayo Dip
8 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
A pinch of Thyme
Ingredients for Crispy Fish Fillet
750 grams Cream Dory
1/2 tsp of Salt and Pepper
1-1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
3 Tbsp of Baking Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 cup Soda Drink
Cooking Oil
for garnish: Lemon Sliced
Procedure for Sweet Potato Chips
1. Washed, drained and peeled the sweet potatoes.
2. Sliced thinly and cut just like the size of fries. Then put in a bowl.
3. Add one teaspoon of salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. Then add some paprika.
4. Mixed and massaged the condiments to the sweet potatoes.
5. Marinade for thirty minutes before placing them in the oven.
6. Prepare the baking tray, add some olive oil. Used paper towels to rub the olive oil.
7. Put all the marinated sweet potatoes. Spread them on top of the tray.
8. Add again some olive oil on top of the sweet potatoes then put the tray in the oven. Set the
the oven at 150 to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
9. After fifteen minutes, pull out the tray from the oven. Then let the sweet potato chips cool down. Then set aside.
Procedure for Crispy Fish Fillet
1. Washed, sliced and drained the cream dory. Add half teaspoon of salt and pepper then massage each fish fillet.
2. In a bowl, add one cup of all purpose flour, three tablespoons of baking powder, and one teaspoon of turmeric powder. Mixed well.
3. After mixing the flour mixture, set aside and put it in the chiller for fifteen minutes.
4. After fifteen minutes, get the flour mixture from the chiller and pour in half cup of cold
soda. Mixed well until the batter mixture became smooth.
5. Dip the marinated fish fillet to the batter mixture, then to the flour.
6. Heat a pan, put the oil and deep fry the fish fillet.
7. Put the cooked fish fillet in a reversible rock with paper towel to drain the excess oil. Then set aside.
8. For the dipping sauce, minced eight cloves of garlic put it in a small bowl add half cup of mayonnaise then mixed add a pinch of thyme.
9. In a serving plate arrange the fish fillet, sweet potato chips and the garlic mayo dip. Add a sliced of lemon on top.
Spicy Sweet Potato Fries
Best day of the week? FRYday, of course! Made with just seven (siete!) ingredients, this gives us just one more reason to TGIF any day of the week.
Ingredients:
2 Medium Sweet Potatoes
1 Pkg Siete Spicy Taco Seasoning
3-4 tbsp Avocado Oil
½ c Vegan Mayo
1 Small Garlic clove, zested
1/2 Lemon, juiced
½ tbsp Siete Habanero Hot Sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 400F.
2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into ¼”-½” fries. Place fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
3. Coat all fries with avocado oil and then sprinkle with all seasoning and coat thoroughly.
4. Bake on middle rack for 30-40 mins or until fries are cooked through and crispy.
5. Mix vegan mayo with zested garlic ( ½ garlic clove if its a large clove!), lemon juice, and habanero. Serve with fries.
Sweet Potato Fries with Maple Dipping Sauce
To make the Sweet Potato Fries:
2 sweet potatoes
4 cups vegetable oil
1⁄4 tsp. salt
Peel sweet potatoes and cut off ends.
Slice potatoes into 1⁄4 inch thick planks.
Then slice planks into 1/8th inch strips.
Soak in water for 1-2 hours.
Drain and pat fries dry with paper towel.
Heat oil in pan and bring to 350 degrees.
Carefully place fries in oil and fry for 4-5 minutes.
Remove fries and place on paper towels to absorb excess grease. Sprinkle with salt and serve with maple dipping sauce.
To make the Maple Dipping Sauce:
2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. maple syrup
8 oz. confectioners’ sugar
3 Tbsp. water
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.

Ingredients
¾ cup full-fat mayonnaise

½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce optional

½ tsp cayenne pepper for a bit of kick
½ tbsp Apple cider vinegar substitute for any pickle brine of choice.
Salt to taste
