How To make Lo Mein Noodles with Shrimp
12 ounces Chinese -style thin egg noodles
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Chinese chives* 1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground white or black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 clove garlic
minced
8 ounces medium shrimp :
shelled & deveined
1 tablespoon dry sherry
8 ounces bean sprouts
1. Add noodles to boiling water; cook according to package directions until tender but still firm, 2-3 minutes.
2. Drain noodles; rinse under cold running water. Drain again.
3. Combine noodles and sesame oil in large bowl; toss lightly to coat.
4. Cut enough chives into 1" pieces to measure 1/2 cup; set aside.
5. Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl.
6. Heat vegetable oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Add ginger and garlic; stir-fry 10 seconds. Add shrimp; stir-fry until shrimp begin to turn pink, about 1 minute. Add chives and sherry; stir-fry until chives begin to wilt, about 15 seconds. Add 1/2 of the bean sprouts; stir-fry 15 seconds. Add remaining bean sprouts; stir-fry 15 seconds.
7. Add oyster sauce mixture and noodles. Cook and stir until thoroughly heated, about 2 minutes.

I stand behind my video title! Try it for yourself and see, PLEASE! This dang sauce is sooo good! Oh, excuse my broken nail. It broke literally as I pressed record. lol Lo Mein is still good tho. So is God. Amen!
Sauce:
1/2 cup water
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
2 TBS soy sauce
2 TBS oyster sauce
1 TBS hoisin sauce
1 TBS mirin or cooking wine
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/3 tsp sugar
1 TBS cornstarch
Lo Mein:
10 oz Lo Mein noodles (may sub linguine or spaghetti IF Lo Mein aren’t found. Go look tho!)
1 lb shrimp
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
1/4 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
1/3 cup thinly sliced sweet onion
1/4 cup carrots julienned
1/4 lb bok choy chopped
2 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
2 TBS vegetable oil
Green onion for garnish

Ingredients
1 1b Chow Mein or Fresh Egg Noodles
1-2 1b Shrimp
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic & ginger powder
1 tsp all purpourse or Seafood seasoning
1 large Carrot (Julienne)
1/2 Bell Pepper (each) (Red & Green)
4 oz Snow Peas
6 oz bok choy or pak Choi
1/2 Red Onion
1 tsp mince garlic and ginger (for Saute)
Green Onion for garnish
Delicious Lo Mein Sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp corn starch
1/2 cup water

Ingredients
For the Shrimp
12 oz peeled and deveined U10 shrimp (You can use different size, just adjust cooking time)
1 tbsp shaoxing wine or rice wine
1/8 tsp black pepper
For the Sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable stock
For Stir Fry
3 tbsp cooking oil (vegetable, canola, peanut or avocado oil)
3 to 5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 oz ginger, very thinly julienne
1 red chili, seeds removed and julienne (optional)
2 oz shiitake mushrooms or any of your favorite mushrooms (approximately 2 large shiitake), sliced
4 oz baby bok choy, cut into half or quarters as needed (approximately 2 to 4 baby bok choy)
4 oz bamboo shoots, 1/4” sliced
10 to 12 oz ready-to-use egg noodles or spaghetti cooked al dente and drained
handful beansprouts
3 green onions, cut in halves lengthwise then into 2” long pieces
