2 tb Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c Vinegar 3 tb Mustard, prepared 3 tb Molasses 1/2 c Catsup 1 lb Beef liver; or calf's liver 6 sl Bacon 1 lb Red pepper; cut in 12 pieces 1 lg Green pepper; cut in 12 piec 8 sm Onions Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan; simmer over low heat 3 minutes. Set aside. Cut liver into bacon-size strips. Lay a liver strip on each bacon slice. Alternate vegetables and meat on skewers, lacing meat accordian style. Hello from Ukraine! Today we are preparing a huge beef liver on the grill. We take the royal liver weighing 5.5 Kg and cut it into pieces for barbecue. For the marinade, take: Onion. Lemon. 1 teaspoon pepper mixture. 1 tablespoon sweet paprika. 1 teaspoon of nutmeg. 1 teaspoon dried garlic and 1 tablespoon salt.
We marinated the kebab for 8 hours in the refrigerator. Minimum marinating time 1 hour.
Zucchini and peppers go well with liver skewers. Vegetables Salt, pepper and add balsamic vinegar.
On the skewers, we put the liver, pepper and zucchini in turn. Grill beef skewers for 15 minutes.
We use pork net, so the kebab will turn out more juicy. Grill the liver roll for 7 minutes on all sides.
