How To make Lentil Nut Loaf
4 c Chicken broth
1 c Lentils
1 tb Finely chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c Diced onion
1/2 c Diced celery
1/4 c Finely chopped walnuts
2 tb Finely chopped walnuts
4 sl Whole wheat bread, crumbled
2 Egg whites
1 cn Tomato sauce (8 oz)
3 tb Chili sauce
1/2 t Garlic powder
1/2 t Poultry seasoning
1/2 t Ground sage
1 tb Prepared horseradish
1/8 t Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350'F. Lightly coat a 9x5x2" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil. To the boiling broth, add the lentils and parsley and cover the saucepan,. Reduce the heat to low, and cook for 45 minutes. Drain the lentils, and set aside to cool. In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils with the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place the mixture in the prepared pan, and press down firmly with the back of a spoon. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Let the loaf sit for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate. Cut into slices, and serve with a mushroom, tomato or chili sauce.

•4 cups lentils (cook as instructed from package)
•1 1/2 c brown rice (precooked)
•1 cup chopped carrots
•1 cup chopped mushrooms
•1/2 c yellow onions
•1 cup bell peppers
•1 flaxegg (1 tbsp grounded flaxseeds/2 tbsp water)
•1 1/2 c breadcrumbs (Ezekiel)
•2 tbsp tomato paste
•1 tsp coconut aminos
•1/4 c vegetable broth
•1 tsp minced garlic
Glaze????
•barbecue sauce
•date syrup
Seasonings????
•1 tbsp onion powder
•1 tsp garlic powder
•1 tsp basil
•1 tsp thyme
•1 tbsp smoked paprika
✨Cook at 325 degrees for one hour!

Ingredients:
3 tbsp psyllium husks
2 cups water
1 cup red lentil flour
1 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup corn flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Additional buckwheat flour for kneading
Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Mix the psyllium husk with the 2 cups of water, stir well and let it sit for around 15 minutes until the mixture becomes thicker.
3. In the meantime, add all of the dry ingredients in your mixing bowl.
4. Add in the psyllium husk water into the dry ingredients and mix well until it becomes one smooth, soft dough. 5. After having everything mixed, add in the sunflower seeds.
6. Add some flour onto your hands and start to form a dough with your hands.
7. Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Place the dough in a bread shape in the baking parchment. Cut the surface of the bread with a knife. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
8. Add the bread into the oven for around 50 minutes.
9. Enjoy
