raw herbs : 40% Leek(green top) - 35% parsley - 20% coriander - 5% fenugreek
a little bit spinach
ingredients for 4
400g mutton or lamb (mushrooms for vegetarian)
400g sauté herbs
2/3 cup bean
1medium onion
1/2tsp turmeric
100g tail fat
oil
salt & pepper

برنج: 4 پیمانه
نمک و دانه فلفل سیاه (کوبیدهشده): به مقدار لازم
مرغ: (8 تکه شده): 1 عدد
زردچوبه (پودرشده): به مقدار لازم
پیاز داغ: 20 گرم
استاک مرغ: 3 پیمانه
زعفران (ساییده و حل شده در آب): 4 قاشق سوپخوری
سیبزمینی (مکعبی ریز خردشده): 300 گرم
شبت خشک: 15 گرم
کره: 100 گرم
کشمش پلویی: 1/2 پیمانه
خرما (بدون هسته): 15 عدد
روغن کرمانشاهی: به مقدار لازم
