How To make Legumes In Garlic & Onions
2 c Pigeon peas, soaked, 20 mins
1 qt Water
1/2 ts Turmeric
Salt 1/4 c Oil
1 tb Black mustard seeds
2 ts Cumin seeds
1 md Onion, finely chopped
6 Garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 ts Dried red chilies
Wash pigeon peas & boil them with the water & turmeric & salt for 20 minutes. Heat oil in medium pot, add mustard & cumin seeds & fry until mustard seeds start to pop. Stir in onion & garlic & fry till browned & & soft. Mix in ground chili & stir for 30 seconds. Remove & pour over peas. Stir thoroughly, cover & simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with plain rice. Rani, "Feast of India"

1 pound green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Once the skillet is hot, add the trimmed green beans and sprinkle with salt.
Cook the green beans for about 4 minutes, until they are seared and have blistered spots.
Add 2 cloves of chopped garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper to the skillet.
Cook the green beans for another 4 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant and the beans are crisp-tender.
Add 2 tablespoons of water to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the water has evaporated and the beans are perfectly tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!

GARLIC GREEN BEANS⤵️
1 lb green beans
2 TBSP salted butter
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Salt
Red pepper flakes,
Minced/ grated garlic, as much or as little
1. Wash green beans. Cut the ends off green beans.
2. Melt your butter (only melt half way through)
3. Once butter is 1/2 way melted, add salt, garlic powder & red pepper flakes. Cook until butter is all the way melted and starts to bubble
4. Then add green beans and cook until they become a bright green.
5. Then add grated garlic, cook for 1 minute and then turn off heat

Healthy White Beans with Garlic And Rosemary. Simple Healthy Vegan Meal or Side Dish. A very basic white bean recipe that’s healthy and full of fibre. This will adapt to any white bean recipe but the cannellini kidney shape bean seems to hold up its shape a lot better. It’s a basic dish that’s very tasty, you need to use a good quality first pressed virgin olive oil for great results. Use freshly cracked pepper and if you can, fresh rosemary. It’s best to salt last so they retain their shape. Older beans will take longer to cook, 30 to 45 minutes, fresher beans can cook as quickly as 20 minutes. The bicarbonate of soda adds an alkaline that helps the bean keep its shape and speeds up the cooking process. This step is however optional. Green beans almondine with garlic recipe. Green beans almondine easy.
Green beans almondine is an easy side dish to make. It is also elegant and incredibly delicious. We are going to blanch our green beans and then finish them in a skillet with garlic and red onion. Lemon zest and lemon juice bring this dish to a higher level making the flavors fresh and vibrant. Enjoy!

Green Bean Almondine
1 pound (454 grams) trimmed green beans
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/3 cup coarsely chopped almonds
2 tablespoons finely chopped purple onion
2 garlic cloves — minced
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt & Pepper
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and mix. Add the green beans. Get a large bowl of ice water ready.
Cook the green beans for about 4 minutes — until still crisp but soft in the middle.
Transfer the blanched green beans into the bowl of ice water.
Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the almonds and toast for about 2 minutes. Work on medium heat and stir the almonds often.
Add the onion and garlic. Cook for about one minute — until you can smell the garlic. Add the green beans and mix well. Cook for about two more minutes.
Add the lemon zest and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.

Sauteed green beans onion, garlic easy delicious recipe cook at home
Hello everyone!
In this video, we will cook some sauteed green beans with onions and garlic delicious simple recipe that can be easily cooked at home!
In a skillet add 2 tbsp. of cooking oil or olive oil over medium heat, add green beans, onions, and minced garlic. Seasoned with black pepper and dark soy sauce, cook for 8-10 minutes or until soft and tender.
