How To make Lean &Amp; Free Sirloin Kabobs
3/4 c Soy sauce, reduced salt
1/4 c Maple syrup, dietetic
1 lb Beef sirloin 1" cubes
24 Pineapple chunks, own juice
1 Green pepper, cut in squares
Combine the soy sauce and maple syrup in a bowl. Add the sirloin cubes and stir to coat. Cover and marinate 1 hour. Remove the sirloin cubes, reserve the marinade. Alternately place the sirloin cubes, pineapple chunks and green pepper squares on a wooden or plastic skewer. Place the kabobs in an 8" square microwave or glass baking dish. Brush with the marinade. Cover with wax paper. With the microwave on HIGH, cook for 4 minutes. Rotate the dish a quarter turn and brush with the marinade. Re-cover with wax paper. Continue cooking in the microwave on MEDIUM for 4 minutes. Allow to rest 4 minutes before serving. Brush with the remaining marinade just before serving. 1kg beef mince (70/30 ratio)
1 grated brown onion, remove excess juice
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp saffron water
1 whole egg

We got your back. Try this super easy Beef Chapli Kebab and enjoy it guilt free ????????
What you’ll need -
Minced Beef - Lean -1lb
1 small onion - chopped
1 small tomato- chopped
1 egg - whisked
Salt - to taste
Red chili powder / paprika - to taste
Chaat Masala (optional) - 1 tsp
Dhania powder / coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala (optional) - a pinch
Ginger Garlic (GG) paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder (optional) - a pinch again
Fresh / Dried Mint leaves - if fresh chopped
Fresh / Dried Cilantro leaves - if fresh chopped
Green chili (optional) - chopped
Mix all the ingredients. Knead and bind them together.
Take Lemon sized balls and flatten them
Heat your pan
Drizzle Ghee or Oil (of your choice)
Place them and cook them on Medium heat - Uncovered
Flip every 5-7 minutes
Kebabs are ready in about 15 minutes
Enjoy with bread / naan / as a tortilla wrap with your favorite dips, chutney :)
