INGREDIENTS
Beef Stew Meat
(
Marinade:
¼ cup olive oil
4 Tbsp coconut aminos
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
Vegetable and fruit chunks (of your choosing) for the kabobs:
Whole mushrooms
Zucchini
Red pepper
Red onion
Pineapple
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together all marinade ingredients.
Add stew meat to the marinage and mix until well combined. Refrigerate 4-24 hours, giving the meat time to soak in all the juices.
Take the meat out of the refrigerator and begin assembling the kabobs—layering meat, fruit, and veggies. Consider starting with a whole mushroom at the base that acts as a stopper to the rest of the ingredients.
Grill the kabobs over medium heat for 12-15 minutes, rotating occasionally and drizzling the remaining marinade throughout the cooking process.
Enjoy fresh off the grill with your favorite nutrient-rich sides and summertime drinks!

US Wellness Meats was founded in 2000 in Monticello, Missouri (pop. 98) by visionary farmers, who saw that big-business cattle-raising practices were taking a toll on our animals and our health.
By returning to rotational grazing practices that are good for the planet and good for our cattle, we led the way in introducing a new generation to the unmatched taste, tenderness, and healthiness of grass-fed beef. Our animals don’t need antibiotics or growth hormones to grow big and healthy. Our land doesn’t need pesticides or artificial irrigation systems to develop rich, fertile bio diversity.

If you don’t have a grill, you have two other options for the kabobs. First, buy a grill plate for your stove and follow the same directions—it’s just like a barbecue, minus the mosquitoes. Or, you can broil, and then bake the skewers: Preheat the oven to Broil (or 500°F) and place the skewers on a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil the kabobs for 3 minutes, then flip the skewers and broil for another 3 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and brush the skewers with the remaining chimichurri. Bake to desired doneness, 12 to 15 minutes.
