2 tb Grated Parmeson Cheese,divid

1/8 ts Basil leaves
Dash garlic powder 4 Curly edge lasagne noodles
(12X3 in pcs cooked) 1/2 c Tomato sauce
Garnish - flat leaf parsley Leaves 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 individual casseroles with nonstick
cooking spray; set aside. 2. In small bowl combine ricotta cheese, egg, mozzarella cheese, 1 T of the parmeson cheese, and the seasonings, mixing well. 3. Place cooked lasagne on a damp towel and spoon 1/4 of the cheese mixture lengthwise along the center of each noodle, starting from narrow end, carefully roll each noodle to enclose filling. 4. Place 2 rolls in each sprayed casserole and spoon 2 T sauce over each roll; sprinkle each roll with 3/4 t parmeson cheese and bake until thoroughly heated, 35-40 minutes. Lasagna Rolls Recipe
Boil about 6 - 10 Lasagna Noodles for 8-10 minutes
I use water, a little olive oil, & salt.
Filling
1 1/2c ricotta cheese
3/4c grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large egg
1c chopped spinach
Meat Sauce
1c diced yellow or white onion
2 TBSP minced Garlic
2 lb Lean Ground beef
2 32oz jars of marinara (I use Rao’s)
1 - 2 Tsp salt (to taste)
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp crush red pepper
2 Tsp Onion power
2 Tsp Garlic powder
Parsley & Crush red pepper to top
Bake for 40 - 45 min on 350f

This Lasagna Roll-Ups recipe is an easier and quicker way of making the traditional Italian comfort pasta dish without losing any of its wonderful texture and flavors!. It bakes quicker and is easier to serve too.
INGREDIENTS:
9 or 12 pieces lasagna sheets
1 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
500 grams ground beef (90% lean)
Salt- to taste
½ teaspoon ground pepper
½ cup bell pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 can (24 oz) pasta (marinara) sauce
2-3 tablespoon tomato paste (optional)
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese or ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded plus more for topping
¼ cup parsley, chopped, plus more for garnishing
