How To make Kakuluwo(Crab Curry)
3 md Size crabs
50 g Shallots
2 Green chillies
3 Cloves garlic
3 sl Ginger
25 g Coconut
1/2 ts Turmenc
1/2 ts Fenugreek
1/2 ts Chilli powder
2 ts Paprika
5 Cm cinnamon stick
25 g Curry powder
-sprig curry leaves 50 g Coriander leaves
250 ml Thin coconut milk
250 ml Thick coconut milk
-juice 1 lime 1 t Salt
2 ts Ground rice
Place crabs in boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove and clean. Break the crab into desired portions and crush the shell a bit so flesh can be more easily removed. Slice the shallots and chillies, grind garlic and ginger and grate the coconut. Place the crab in a pan and add the shallots, chillies, garlic, ginger, turmeric, fenugreek, chilli powder, paprika powder, cinnamon stick, curry powder, curry leaves, coriander leaves and thin coconut milk and cook until crabs are done. Mix the thick coconut milk with the lime juice, salt, grated coconut and the ground rice and add to the pan. Stir and simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving. කකුළුවන් 400g
තෙල් මේස හැඳි 4
සුදුරු තේ හැදි 1/2
සුදුළූණු
ඉඟුරු මේස හැදී 2
තුනපහ කුඩු තේ හැදි 1
මිරිස් කුඩු තේ හැදි 1
මස්කරි කුඩු තේ හැදි 1
ගම්මිරිස් තේ හැදි 1/4
කහ තේ හැදි 1/2
කුරුඳු
බී ළූණු
ලූනු
කරාබු නැටි
කරපිංචා
අමු මිරිස්
වතුර 200ml
Recipe
Crabs 400g
Oil 4 Tbsp
Cumin 1/2 Tsp
Garlic 2 Tbsp
Ginger 2 Tbsp
Curry powder 1 Tsp
Chili powder 1 Tbsp
Meat curry powder 1 Tsp
Black Pepper 1/4 Tsp
Turmeric 1/2 Tsp
Cinnamon
Salt
Onion
Clove
Curry leaves
Green chili
Water 200ml
നല്ല നാടൻ ഞണ്ട് കറി | Kerala Style Crab Recipe | Kerala Style Crab Curry
Ingredients
Crab /njandu : 750gm (before cleaning)
Onion sliced : 2
Tomato chopped : 1
Ginger (crushed) : 1″ piece
Garlic (crushed) : 10 cloves
Kashmiri chilly powder : 2 tblspn
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tspn
Coriander powder : 1 tblspn
Garam masla powder : 1/2 tblspn
Coconut milk : 1 cup
Curry leaves : 3 springs
Mustard seeds : 1/2 tspn
Shallots / kunjulli (sliced) : 10
Curry leaves : 2 springs
Coconut oil
Salt
Method
Clean the crab and keep aside.
Heat a clay pot (manchatti)/ pan with oil. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seed and let them crackle
for a few seconds.
Add sliced onion ,small onion ,chilli and salt,saute it well till it turn light brown
Now add chilly powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder, garam masala powder ,ginger garlic
paste,tomato. Saute it well till it leaves the raw smell
Mix it well and add cleaned crab pieces
Now add coconut milk and mix it well,and cook some times and turn off the heat
And serve it with rice or tapioca etcc

ഗരം മസാല – 1 / 2 tbsp
തേങ്ങ പാൽ – 1 കപ്പ്
കറിവേപ്പില – 3 തണ്ട്
കടുക് – 1 / 2 tspn
ചെറിയഉള്ളി – 10
എണ്ണ

തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന വിധം
ആദ്യം ഞണ്ട് നന്നായി കഴുകി വൃത്തിയാക്കി വെയ്ക്കുക
ഇനി ഒരു ചട്ടിയിൽ എണ്ണ ഒഴിച്ച അതിലേക്ക് കടുക് ഇടുക
കടുക് പൊട്ടിക്കഴിയുമ്പോൾ അതിലേക്ക് അരിഞ്ഞ വെച്ച സവാള , ചെറിയഉള്ളി , പച്ചമുളക് , ഉപ്പ് എന്നിവ ചേർത്ത നന്നായി വഴറ്റുക
ഇനി ഇതിലേക്ക് മുളക്പൊടി , മല്ലിപൊടി , മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി , ഗരം മസാല , ചതച്ച് ഇഞ്ചി , വെളുത്തുള്ളി , തക്കാളി എന്നിവ കുടി ചേർത്ത നന്നായി വഴറ്റുക
എല്ലാം നന്നായി വഴണ്ട് കഴിയുമ്പോൾ അതിലേക്ക് കഴുകി വൃത്തിയാക്കി വെച്ച ഞണ്ട് കുടി ഇട്ട് നന്നായി വഴറ്റുക
ഇനി ഇതിലേക്ക് തേങ്ങാപ്പാലും ഒഴിച്ച കുറച്ച സമയം വേവിക്കുക
വെന്ത കഴിയുമ്പോൾ അടുപ്പിൽ നിന്ന് ഇറക്കി ചോറിന്റെയോ കപ്പയുടെ കുട കഴിക്കാം
