1 1/2 c Applesauce 2 c Whole wheat pastry flour 1 ts Cinnamon 1/2 ts Nutmeg 1/4 ts Cloves 1 c Raisins 1 c Walnuts; coarsely chopped 1/2 c Butter 2/3 c Honey 2 ts Baking soda Warm applesauce over low heat. Mix together the flour, spices, raisins, and walnuts in a mixing bowl. Melt the butter in a small pot and mix in the honey. Stir into the dry ingredients. Stir the baking soda into the hot applesauce. This will foam up in a spectacular fashion. Add the batter in the bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter into a well buttered 9 inch square cake pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. May serve with vanilla ice cream or cool and frost with cream cheese frosting. -----

Oven-free, fire-free, low-calorie, full taro yogurt toast cake #cake #dessert
Taro puree cake really never disappoints me. This time it's the lazy version. Take a bite of the soft, delicate and rich flavor of taro milk. It's very comfortable to refrigerate and eat it cold! How to do it: ①The taro and purple potatoes are cut into pieces, and the water is boiled for 30 minutes and steamed. ② Add the right amount of milk/cream, sugar substitute/condensed milk according to your preferences.Stir into a delicate taro puree, if you feel that it is not delicate enough, you can sift it once. ③The toast is carved into a round shape with the mouth of the bowl, one layer of toast and one layer of taro paste, and the outermost layer is evenly spread. The upper layer is topped with Greek yogurt/skimmed cheese, which is simple to spread, and oatmeal and fruit can be placed in the sandwich and on the top layer.
