Tuna Pizza in Asian Style/Пицца с тунцом в азиатском стиле (eng/рус)
Больше всего в путешествиях я люблю знакомиться с новыми людьми, и особенно с шеф-поварами!
Сегодня шеф Дава из ресторана Spice Traders учит меня, как готовить пиццу с тунцом и трюфельным маслом в азиатском стиле.
Пан-азиатская кухня очень популярна на Гоа. Для блюда вам понадобится кукурузная лепешка (тортийя), сырой тунец, немного майонеза, оливковое масло с ароматом трюфеля, икра тобико и лук (на ваш вкус, зеленый или белый).
Итак, готовим! Подогреваем лепешку на сковороде (на каждой стороне по 1 минуте), пока лепешка не станет хрустящей. Разрезаем аккуратно на ровные кусочки. Смазываем небольшим количеством майонеза, и раскладываем тонко нарезанные ломтики тунца. Украшаем тобико, луком, майонезом и сбрызгиваем трюфельным маслом.

Pan Asian cuisine is very popular in Goa, so today I am reporting from Spice Traders restaurant where Chef Dawa (from Tibet) teaching me how to make tuna pizza the Asian style.
You will need 1 tortilla, slices of raw tuna. For the garnish – truffle oil, mayo, tobiko, green onions (and if you like white onions).
You will need pan fry tortilla for about a min on each side (until it becomes crunchy).
You can slice it to create individual bite pieces. Then you spread a bit of mayo and gently cover pizza with tuna slices.
Decorate it with tobiko, more mayo and sprinkle truffle oil. Its super yummy, trust me!

Homemade Tuna Pizza || Very Simple Tasty ????
No electric mixer or fancy pizza dough hock needed for this Quick and easy Pizza dough. Mix everything in one bowl and let it rise for an hour or more, knead 1- 2 minutes until nicely smooth! Make 1 large pizza or cut in half for 2 medium pizzas, or quarter it for individual pizza as you desire.
Ingredients used for dough:
2 Cups all purpose flour
7 g Yeast
1 Tsp salt
1 Cup of lukewarm milk
40 ml olive oil
Ingredients used for topping:
Tomato sauce
2 Canned tuna
1 Medium ring onion
500 g Grated mozzarella cheese
200 g Italian mozzarella cheese
Black olive
Pepper roni.

These are so good I wish I had words to describe them. I may never eat pizza any other way. The outside is crisp and the center is chewy. The texture is amazing and the tortilla adds to the flavor of the pizza toppings rather than overpowering them like some pizza crusts do. They only take 2 or 3 minutes to cook and you can just make one or you can make 100. They are perfect for anytime you have a craving. Quick lunch or dinner, party appetizers, or snacking.

In Morocco, dinner is served late (around 8-9 pm). So people eat a snack and one of my favorite snacks was a pizza with tuna that my grandmother used to prepare for me. She basically made pizza out of puff pastry, home made tomato sauce, caramelized onions, tuna, black olives, and cheese! The best part if you can prepare this pizza in different sizes (large pie or individual portions) and freeze them for up to 2 months. You only have to pop the pizza in the oven right before serving. Enjoy!
