Sheet Pan Quiche for a Group
This sheet pan quiche / savoury tart is the perfect solution when cooking for a large group. Making the Coronation Quiche in a baking tray is much more practical than using multiple quiche tins! This recipe makes three times the amount of the original Coronation Quiche recipe by Mark Flanagan. The recipe in this video makes 12 large meal size pieces. We show you all the steps, even some left out in the recipe posted on the Coronation Toolkit. If you’re having a big party, you can easily make two of these sheet pan Coronation Quiches at once. We love the Coronation Quiche so much that in our opinion, the more you make the better. For ingredients, refer to the recipe posted on the toolkit and multiply by three: For Method/Directions, it's better to refer to our video than to the recipe card on the toolkit as we cover all the steps.

Butterscotch Impossible Pie
This pie has a lovely, slightly wobbly filling that resembles a baked custard. Brown sugar and butter give it that butterscotch flavour. Did we mention it takes 5 minutes to prep?
