How To make Impossible Ham Quiche
1/2 lb Mushrooms; fresh\sliced
2 tb Butter or margarine; melted
4 Eggs
8 oz Sour cream; commercial
1/2 c Parmesan cheese; grated
1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Onion powder
6 To 8 drops Hot Sauce
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese; *
1/2 c Cooked ham; chopped
* Shredded (2 cups) Saute` mushrooms in butter in a medium skillet until lightly browned; drain well, and set aside.
Combine next 7 ingredients in container of electric blender; process until well blended.
Combine egg mixture, mushrooms, cheese, and ham. Pour into a greased 10-inch quiche dish. Bake at 350^ for 45 minutes or until set. Quiche should be puffed and golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
YIELD: One 10-inch Quiche

Savoury Impossible Pie cheekyricho
This one bowl dish is made in a couple of minutes, baked for 40 minutes in an oven and served with a fresh garden salad. Simple, economical, tasty and popular with the whole family. Similar to quiche but infinitely easier. Any left overs reheat beautifully and its nice to eat warm, hot or cold. Do give it a try.
INGREDIENTS;
5 eggs
150 grams diced lean ham
80 grams dced onion
150 grams grated tasty cheese
Vege salt & cracked pepper to taste
200 grams milk
200 grams cream
60 grams self rasining flour
small handful of roughly chopped parsley
Cayenne pepper or paprika to soprinkle (optional)
METHOD:
mix all ingredients together until well combined. Pour into a 230 mm or 9 ' pie plate and bake in a 200 degrees celsius oven for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the pie comes out clean with no raw egg adhering to it. Allow to sit for about 5-10 minutes and serve in wedges with crusty bread and crisp garden salad.

** I cooked mine in the toaster oven. Had I cooked it in a conventional oven, the top probably wouldn’t have gotten as brown as it did. With that being said, if you cook in a toaster like I did, I would cook it at the lower range of the time recommended. It was still delicious. Even my picky eater ate it! **

Impossible Ham and Swiss Pie
Impossible ham and swiss pie is a simple recipe to make with leftover ham and biscuit mix for an easy weeknight dinner. This ham casserole is easy to make and requires very little prep work and then baking for 45 minutes until it is a golden brown. A great recipe for when you don’t have a lot of time to prepare dinner but have time to let it bake.

Recipe for home made Bisquick mix:
Small Amount:
1 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbs Butter
Mix thoroughly.
Large amount
6 cups all purpose flour
3 Tbs baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
6 Tbs butter
Quiche Impossible pie recipe:
1/2 c biscuit mix
4 eggs
2c. milk
1c frozen, thawed and squeezed out spinach
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 c grated mozzarella cheese
6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Salt as needed
Mix all ingredients. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Crustless Quiche - Quick & Easy
A quiche without a crust is such an quick and easy way to make a simply delicious meal. Ready to eat within an hour the quiche is perfect for a quick meal. It can use up all those ingredients that might otherwise go to waste. This version has ham, red peppers, spring onions and chives as well as egg, cheese and cream.
