How To make Impossible Coconut Pie(Thomas)
4 Eggs
1 Stick margarine, softened
1 t Vanilla
2 c Milk
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Flour
1/8 ts Salt
3/4 ts Baking powder
1 c Coconut (reserve 1/2 cup)
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend 30 seconds. Grease and flour 10-inch pie pan or 9-inch square pan. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle remaining coconut over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes and coconut is golden brown.

1/2 stick of melted butter (4 tablespoons)
2 cups of whole butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla or lemon extract
1 cup of coconut
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes

We’ll show you how to bake this old-fashioned dessert recipe from scratch and it’s simple to stir in the melted butter, cane sugar, eggs, flour, unsweetened coconut milk, vanilla extract and sweetened flaked coconut and put it in a pan. The Crustless Coconut Custard Pie is a one-bowl dessert that has been around for decades in the USA. This pie is knows by many name depending on your region where you live. Crustless coconut custard pie (Preheat oven to 350 degrees)
¼ cup melted unsalted butter
½ cup cane sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sweetened coconut
¼ cup self-rising flour (see recipe below)
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Directions: In medium bowl, stir all ingredients until blended. Pour into pie pan.
How to make Self-Rising Flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions: Put all ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine.
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch pie pan . In medium bowl, stir all ingredients until blended. Pour into pie pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Refrigerate left over pie. Enjoy!

Impossibly Easy Coconut Custard Pie
The recipe was improvised from Bisquick's impossibly easy zucchini pie.
By Will Falzon (The Brooklyn Maltese) AKA (The Roadside Pie King)
Ingredients
½ Cup Bisquick
¾ Cup Sugar
4 Lg. Eggs
2 cups Whole milk
1 Cup coconut Flakes
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Tbsp. Butter (Softened)
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9-inch greased pie pan. Like magic, it layers into a crust, custard, coconut topping.
2. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until custard sets.
3. Cool on a wire rack and serve cold.

Cobertura
2 colheres de sopa de coco adoçado
Levar o forno 350 graus F
50 - 55 minutos (na prateleira de cima)
