NUTRITIOUS AND TRADITIONAL HUMMUS RECIPE
A well-made hummus is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients. In this short video, I teach you all you need to know to make your own delicious hummus at home.
Basic ingredients for hummus are cooked chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, salt, virgin olive oil, little paprika, a small pinch of cumin, garlic, and water.
Blend all ingredients until you have a smooth puree. If you like some texture you have to stop the blending process before it is smooth.
This is a fiber-packed dip and it is packed with vegetarian protein. A great source of slow-release carbohydrates essential for healthy blood sugar balance.
