Masala Chicken Nuggets | Hot and Spicy Chicken Nuggets | Chicken Nuggets Recipe
Ingredients for Masala Chicken Nuggets:
- Bite sized boneless chicken nuggets- 250 gms
To marinate with:
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
- Fine chopped onions- 3 tbsp (40 gms)
- Chopped green chillies- 1.5 tbsp (3 green chillies)
- Gram flour (Besan)/ Chickpea flour mix- 3 tbsp mixed with 5 tbsp of water
- Egg white- of 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs- 1 cup or as required
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation:
- Fine chop one small onion (around 40 gms) and chop 3 green chillies (1.5tbsp)
- Take 3 tbsp of Gram flour (Besan) in a bowl. Add 5 tbsp water and mix to a smooth batter.
- Wash and pat dry the chicken fillets and cut into bite sized pieces. Add these into a bowl.
- Add all the ingredients for marination and mix well. Set aside for 1 hr.
- After 1 hr, add egg white of one egg and mix well.
Breading:
- For breading, add 1 cup (or more as required) of breadcrumbs in a square glass dish.
- Mix the chicken pieces well and take out the chicken pieces one at a time and place on the breadcrumbs. Roll it well to fully coat the pieces. Set aside on a plate.
Process:
- Heat oil in a kadai/wok.
- Once the oil is medium hot, drop the breaded chicken nuggets one at a time and fry in batches, to not crowd the pan.
- Give a stir after around 1 minute, once the chicken pieces start floating to the top.
- Keep stirring to fry uniformly switching the heat between medium and low so that the pieces don’t get over fried.
- After another 4-5 mins, reduce heat and remove once golden brown and cooked through.
- Repeat the process for the next batch/es

CHICKEN NUGGETS HOT AND SPICY RECIPE | Richard in the kitchden
In this video I show y'all how to make hot and spicy chicken nuggets with Nashville hot sauce. This chicken nugget hot and spicy recipe is so easy for a meal or as appetizers. Deliciously breaded chicken deep fried then doused in my version of Nashville hot sauce. If you've never had Nashville hot chicken, give this recipe a try, but it's not for the faint of heart! The level of spiciness is at your control by just adjusting the amount of the spices. This recipe is using frozen pre-cooked and breaded real white breast chicken. Jus1t thrown em in your deep fryer for a few minutes then cover em with the Nashville hot sauce.
Shopping List:
Servings: 8 nuggets
Tyson all 100% all natural chicken nuggets (pre-breaded and frozen)
Cooking oil (high temp like canola, vegetable or peanut)
My version of Nashville Hot Sauce:
(for less hot adjust down)
3 tbsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsps. Kosher salt (if using table salt use 1/2 that much)
1 tbsp. your favorite hot sauce
2 cups of the hot oil for the sauce
White bread slices
Dill pickle slices
Directions:
Pre-heat deep fryer to 350 degrees
To a deep bowl, add all ingredients except for the chicken nuggets. Set aside.
When the oil is heated add the chicken nugget in batches and fry 2-3 minutes until heated through. Drain on a rack or paper towels.
Carefully withdraw the 2 cups of the hot oil and add to the bowl containing the spices. Mix thoroughly.
Add the cooked chicken nuggets to the sauce and toss to coat, or you can brush on the sauce.
Serve with white bread and sliced dill pickles.

-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
-Cayenne powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Cooking oil for frying
Nashville Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 100g
-Brown sugar 1 & ½ tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Cayenne powder 1 & ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Honey 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Pickled cucumber slices
Directions:
-In a small dish,add milk,pickled water,hot sauce,salt,eggs & whisk well.
-Add chicken & dip properly,cover with cling film and marinate for 3-4 hours.
-In a dish,add all-purpose flour,cayenne powder,salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder,paprika powder & mix well.
-Now place chicken in the dry ingredients,coat well & place them on a grill rack then again dip coated chicken in prepared milk and coat with dry ingredients & place them on a grill rack.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy and set aside.
Prepare Nashville Sauce:
-In a wok,add butter & let it melt.
-Turn off the flame,add brown sugar,garlic powder,cayenne powder,salt,paprika powder,honey,black pepper powder & mix well for a minute.
-Now add fried chicken,turn on the flame,coat & toss well.
-Serve with pickled cucumber & French fries!

-Ab chicken ko dry ingredients mein dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein aur grill rack per rakh dein phir dubara tayyar doodh mein dip ker ka dry ingredients mein coat ker lein aur grill rack per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Nashville Sauce:
-Karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,brown sugar,lehsan powder,cayenne powder,namak,paprika powder,honey aur kali mirch powder dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab fried chicken dal dein,chulha on karein aur ache tarhan coat & toss ker lein.

2 Large Chicken Breast Fillets (sliced into large chunks)
1/2 Cup of Plain Flour
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon of Hot Chilli Powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of Milk
1 1/2 Cups of Dry Breadcrumbs
NOTE: This is the MILD version. If you want it hotter/spicier, simply double or triple the spice quantities ;)
Preparation Time: About 15 minutes

Here is what you'll need!
Nashville Hot Chicken As Made By Spike Mendelsohn
Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS
4 chicken breasts (5 ounces each)
4 extra large eggs
4 ounces whole milk
2 cups plain bread crumbs
4 brioche buns
12 bread and butter pickles
Canola oil for frying
Salt
Spicy pepper oil
4 tablespoons cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Spanish paprika
16 ounces sunflower oil
PREPARATION
Prepare the spicy pepper oil in a small mixing bowl by whisking together all the spices with the sunflower oil, until all the spices have dissolved into the oil. Set aside.
Trim the excess fat off the sides of the chicken breast.
Using a knife, score the chicken longways, cutting halfway through the chicken to help it cook more rapidly.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk with the milk.
In a separate medium-sized mixing bowl, add the bread crumbs.
Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, covering it completely, then transfer to the bread crumbs and coat completely. Repeat this process one more time.
Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Fit a Dutch oven with thermometer and pour in oil for frying. Heat over medium-high until thermometer registers 340˚F/170˚C.
Set the chicken breasts in, in batches, and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Place fried chicken on a wire rack set over a baking sheet, to drain. Sprinkle with salt.
Transfer to the brioche buns.
Whisk together the spicy oil so none of the seasoning settles to the bottom, and drizzle 2 tablespoons over each chicken breast.
Add 3 bread and butter pickles on top of the chicken and place the top bun.
