Horseradish Mayonnaise Recipe | Rich and customizable condiment at your fingertips
Homemade mayonnaise may sound intimidating, but an easy process puts this rich and customizable condiment at your fingertips. Many types of mayonnaise, from spicy to sweet, dress up everything from sandwiches to vegetables to meats. Horseradish adds a spicy zing that pairs perfectly with roast beef or smoked fish. You can also use horseradish mayonnaise in deviled eggs or as a dip for french fries.
This basic recipe can be tweaked if you want to include some finely chopped parsley, dill or chives; just stir them in gently at the end.
Store homemade mayonnaise in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Cooking or cookery is the art, technology, science and craft of preparing food for consumption. Types of cooking depend on the skill levels and training of cooks.
Most ingredients in cooking are derived from living organisms. Vegetables, fruits, grains and nuts as well as herbs and spices come from plants, while meat, eggs and dairy products come from animals.Mushroom and the yeast used in baking are kinds of fungi.
Cooks also use water and minerals such as salt. Cooks can also use wine and spirits.
There are many methods of cooking. These include baking, roasting, frying, grilling, barbecuing, smoking, boiling, steaming and braising. A more recent innovation is microwaving. The method chosen greatly affects the end result because some foods are more appropriate to some methods than others.
Cooking can prevent many food-borne illnesses that would otherwise occur if the food is eaten raw. Food safety depends on the safe preparation, handling and storage of food.
Home cooking has traditionally been a process carried out informally in a home and can be enjoyed by all members of the family, although in many cultures women bear primary responsibility.
This channel is all about learning how to cook healthy delicious meals. Our goal for each video is to give you a new recipe. We post recipe once a week.

Horseradish Hindenburgers
NEW RECIPE ⚠️ ⚠️
Horseradish Hindenburgers
Ingredients:
• one pound of ground beef
• 2 cloves of fresh garlic – minced
• 1 heaping tbsp of prepared horseradish
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley – finely chopped
• salt and pepper - to taste
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a bowl mix to combine.
2. Form into balls, not pattys, and let sit in the fridge for at least 30 mins. Should be able to get four nice sized balls.
3. Heat up grill or skillet on medium-high.
4. In a traditional smash burger, there is no seasoning until you press down on or smash the burger for the first time. You then season it accordingly. We are not making smash burgers however... we are making CRASH Hindenburgers, which is why we have seasoned ahead of time.
5. Place your Hindenburger onto your heated surface, and using a spatula, burger press or a skillet wrapped in saran wrap, PRESS down on the burger until it crashes flat.
6. Cook for 4-5 mins or desired doneness, flip, and repeat. This is also the step where you would add cheese, this time around, we are leaving it off.
7. Once done, you can garnish to your liking. We will be topping ours with mustard, mayo, baby spinach, and sauteed onions in a bold and spicy barbecue sauce. Served on a kaiser bun.
Cheers!
