Kahuna Kafe : Hawaiian BBQ BabyBack Ribs
Ribs on the BBQ from Kahuna Kafe Hawaii . Pork is the new white meat. A day without pork is a day without sunshine. Marinated in Hawaiian sea salt, soy sauce, beer, organic pineapple juice, liquid smoke, orange rind, dark rum and wrapped in Ti leaf. Racks can be grilled over Keawe wood charcoals to Hawaiian music. Racks are slow basted until the BBQ sauce carmelizes and the tender meat drops off da bone.
Best when cooked as a whole pig up to 8 hours in a Hawaiian IMU in ground dirt oven with superheated sacred volcanic rocks, banana stump, salt water soaked Ti leaf wrap.. what a spa treatment for sacred beast that gives us mana life.,
At Kahuna's farm Pigs are the tillers of the soil before planting, like a pig tractor.. it save your back... they can grind up an acre in a month and they eat anything and are smarter than a dog so but the mana is best from the wild pig that eat lots of fruits and noni.
Da pig came on the first Tahitian ocean liner to Maui then spread across the islands. Exported to Okinawa. Da pig has cultural significance in Hawaii and makes for good fun hunting with dogs. Found on Cafeworld at Kahuna's Kafe
