How To make Barbecued Spareribs

spare ribs

tablespoon
vinegar
1/2
cup
ketchup
1/4
teaspoon
salt
2
tablespoon
brown sugar
1/2
teaspoon
hickory smoke salt, or liquid smoke and salt
1/2
cup
steak sauce
1
teaspoon
onion, minced

Directions:
Place spareribs on rack in baking pan. Brown in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes; turn and brown on other side for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain fat and put ribs in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and ccok on low 6 to 8 hours.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
