2 c Vanilla wafer crumbs(7.5 oz)
1/2 c Rum
1/2 c Honey
1 lb Walnuts, ground
Confectioners Sugar Mix 1st 4 ingredients, shape in balls and roll in confectioners sugar. Store in airtight container for up to 6 weeks. Dust with sugar again before serving. Makes 5 dozen. Christmas 1980

This chocolate twisted cookie rum ball recipe is a fresh bite for dessert and for holiday gifting to friends or yourself. Gourmet cookie recipe? It might be too intense. But it’s a lot of fun.
Made with 151 proof rum, these rum balls can be nibbled but I don’t recommend popping one in your mouth - people who do that generally spit them out because they are so strong.
Follow along with me as I process, combine and animate the rum into rich, burning-hot cookies. From chopping chocolate into pieces, to grinding them with cookies, and then combining with ground hazelnuts and (of course) rum, I cover all the steps to make it easy for you to create them. I also try to light one on fire…it sort of works.

Struffoli are small deep-fried balls of dough, coated in warm honey and generally enjoyed during the holiday season. They make any occasion festive and fun!
Dough Recipe:
3 cups flour
4 eggs
pinch of salt
Few teaspoons of olive oil quanto basta
Optional: Grated zest of one orange
3 cups canola or other vegetable oil for frying
Glaze:
1 cup honey
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange blossom water or orange juice

Welcome to my Channel.
Ingredients:
250 gm Chocolate Sponge cake
3 Tbsp Fruit Peels + Raisin + truity fruity soaked in rum for a week (Can use peels soaked for Christmas plum cake) If you do not have peels and want to avoid it totally, just add nuts and 1/2 Tsp Rum Essence for Pure Rum
2 Tbsp Nuts of your choice (I used Cashew Nuts and Almonds)
1 Tbsp Honey
150 Gms Dark Chocolate
Sprinkles/ Fondant decoration of your choice
White chocolate for drizzle
You can substitute Christmas plum/fruit cake with the chocolate cake and skip the soaked peels and raisins
Remain good for 5 to 7 days outside in a cool place, if you need for more days keep in fridge

Rum Balls
1 1/2 C. Finley Crushed Nilla Wafers (Graham Crackers can be substituted)
2 C. Finely Crushed Pecans or Walnuts
1/4 C. Dark Rum
1/4 C. Honey
Roll Rum Balls in Confectioner's Sugar (Powder Sugar) or Coco
1/3 C. Powder Sugar
2 T. Coco Powder
Store in airtight container for 10 days at room temperature.
Serve at room temperature.
