How To make Honey Glazed Oven Ribs
4 lb Lean pork spareribs
Water Salt and pepper 1/2 c Honey
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 ts Grated lemon peel
2 ts Grated ginger
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 ts Rosemary, crushed
1/2 ts Crushed red chilies
1/2 ts Ground sage
Preheat oven to 450 F. Completely cover spareribs with water in a large pot or deep skillet. Bring to a boil, uncovered, over medium heat. Simmer 4 minutes. Drain liquid, reserving for other use, if desired. Season both sides of spareribs with salt and pepper. Place spareribs on a rack in roasting pan. Cover loosely with foil. Bake 15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Reduce oven temperature to 350 F. Brush spareribs with honey mixture. Bake until fully cooked, about 1 hour longer, brushing with honey mixture every 15 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Honey Glazed Spring Lamb Ribs Recipe || Dry Rub For BBQ Ribs || Tasty oven grilled lamb ribs
This is an easy and delicious twist to classic oven roasted/baked Ribs.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hours, 50 minutes
Total Time: 2 hours
Ingredients:
1kg Spring Lamb ribs
Dry Rub
Honey Glaze
* How to make Dry Rub:- ( 0:25 - 1:02)
This dry rub is good to go with beef/lamb/pork bbq ribs
Ingredients for dru rub:
2 teaspoons chilli powder or (1 tsp paprika + 1 tsp chilli)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Honey Glaze
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven for 200°C/400°F
- Rub ribs all over with lemon juice.
- Coat ribs with dry rub. Place meat side down in large baking pan, & cover tightly with aluminium foil.
- Bake in the oven for 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove from oven & pour the prepared glaze
- Return to the oven, keep uncovered and bake for another 20 minutes or until it is caramelised (reduce temperature to 180°C)

I slowly cook them in the oven and sauce them with easy homemade barbecue sauce. You can also use your favorite BBQ rubs for seasoning and store-purchased BBQ sauces for an easier recipe.

2 to 2 1/2 lbs Pork baby back ribs
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp Liquid Smoke (I used hickory liquid smoke)
Dry Rub (store brand works or the recipe for mine is below)
1/3 cup of BBQ Sauce (my recipe is below)
DRY RUB RECIPE
2 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp lemon pepper
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
HOMEMADE BARBECUE SAUCE RECIPE
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp spicy brown mustard
1 Tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 tsp dry rub seasoning
